Finally is truly a remarkable partner
Finally is truly a remarkable partner. We are running a small skateboard business, and were having trouble maintaining our books properly. After searching for a solution that fit our workflow, we landed on Finally.
Since then, we have been able to see our data clearly and make more informed decisions.
Jack helped me with my initial setup. Carmen and Karen helped me clean up our books for the past 2 years, and keep it current. And Samuel and Derek have been there along the way, checking in with me to see if they can help in any way.

Finally.com Cost Me Sales, Sleep & Lots of Money
Finally.com Cost Me Sales, Sleep, and Nearly cost me $10,000 in IRS Late Fees
If you value your deadlines, your business, and your sanity, stay far away from Finally.com.
I hired them for bookkeeping, paying $2,950 over 7 months to get my 2024 books caught up and then maintain 2025. I clearly and repeatedly communicated that my 2024 bookkeeping had to be completed by August 8th, 2025 so I could review it over the weekend and meet my CPA’s absolute final deadline of August 11th. My CPA was sending me two emails and one text every day reminding me how critical this was which I also communicated to Finally. Finally.com assured me all along, never once hinting they’d miss the deadline until late in the afternoon on August 8th when they suddenly told me they wouldn’t have it ready. At that point, it was too late to find a backup. They essentially set me up to fail. Because of their failure, I had to cancel everything I had planned for the weekend, including four sales meetings (and sales) I lost entirely and I ended up staying up all night on Sunday to finish the QuickBooks P&L myself. I delivered it to my CPA on time, but at the cost of no sleep, lost business, and immense stress. The rep at Finally.com even suggested I just pay the over $10,000 in IRS late filing penalties and accept their work a week late. Unbelievable. After all that, I told them I’d still give them another chance if they refunded 70% of what I paid (since I ended up doing 70% of the work myself). They refused, offering only a single month refund, a slap in the face after the disaster they caused. If you’re considering Finally.com for bookkeeping, know this: they do not honor deadlines, they do not take responsibility when they fail, and they will try to get paid for work they didn’t do. My experience with them cost me money, time, and trust and I would never recommend them to any business owner who relies on accuracy and deadlines.

The worst nightmare
The worst nightmare! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although the people were nice, the execution was just that… they killed my books. It caused me more work and more money. I eventually had to refuse to send them any of the info as they messed my books up! It took months for them to get it going, and then the results were disastrous.
