If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FINALLY FRESH.
Order placed 17 December 25 , funds deducted 18 and 22 December 25, plus fees and charges of $7.50, adding to my order total of $250.10 ....no parcel arrived. I emailed on 9 January 26 apparently the parcel was returned to Finally Fresh!! I never received any parcel from Finally Fresh . I have been emailing back and forth ever since, some story the parcel is still in transit back to Finally Fresh and when they received it a refund will be processed and how this all takes time ??? The replies all look automated. The time frame of December 25 to March 26???
Unbelievable. The matter is now in the hands of my bank.

This company has no way of improving as its a complete rip off. I had to put one star to get on here and say very loudly DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT THROUGH THE FLASHY ADVERTISING WEB SITE.
If you want cleaner go through Amazon UK and check it is an English supplier. I found I paid 3 times the amount the ad first stated and once it was delivered I was told I could send it back for a refund. minimum £15 to send back plus the forms required information I had no access to and if taxes were due they were down to me, if they were refused by the "help with my order department" I could do nothing. How do these people sleep at nights.

The washing machine is probably dirtier than before I use these. I was sent a different item to what I ordered. I requested finally fresh i received Dnaaz tablets complained to Amazon. vendor responded with they are exactly the same as finally fresh. What a complete load of rubbish, will try throwing a hand full of soil into machine maybe things will come out cleaner

This product is useless. It does not get rid of bad smell or black marks on rubber in washer as they claim. TOTALLY USELESS. The tablets they sell off the shelve at stores are slightly better. They also Refuse to REFUND my purchase as advertised.

I made the mistake of following an offer on Youtube for this product. The website is completely and utterly deceptive. It tricks you into purchasing multiples of their product. At the end, I was charged triple of what i intended with no way to back out if it. A complete rip-off scheme. Please do not purchase from this company.

Update. After emailing them three times the stuff has finally arrived. Haven’t used as yet so time will tell as to if they work. Don’t think I would chance ordering again

I just got scammed into ordering three times as much product when I only ordered one. Then I checked their rating on the internet which confirmed they are a scam company. I am going to fight this till I get my money back and find as many ways as possible to let everyone know about how they trick you into ordering more than you want.

Absolute rubbish, don't work at all, do NOT recommend.

Still not received my product which I ordered in April, emailed and chased but get a standard respond not even correctly addressed to myself, then receive an email asking how the service has been from their response an absolute joke. I would not recommend this company they just take your money.

This is a SCAM, they took my money from my credit card , but i have not received the product.Cannot make contact with them.

I have received my order, took about 10 days. Product looks legitimate and seems to be doing its thing in my washing machine. No dodgy transactions on my account as yet but having read reviews I will keep an eye on it.

Like others I bought this item and still haven't received the goods. I have already had my card used in a scam attempt but my bank were on to it. My card has been cancelled more hassle but at least they haven't been able to get

This is a SCAM! The website appears professional, but once you have filled in your personal and card details and attempt to pay - nothing happens. Why? Because they already have what they require - all of your details, and crucially, your credit card details!!! Deleting after the event will not do any good. I immediately cancelled my card. Avoid this Company like the plague.

Now 11 days since my last posting and I still haven't received the item.No further communication from them except the one wks ago.
On the one and only message from them they said check the tracking !! You can't check.. it's just a number that doesn't take you anywhere.

I never received the product. I realized this after 2 months had gone by so I checked on it's status and it said it was delivered over a month earlier. I was never notified of this and I never received the product. When I contacted the company about this they told me their delivery guy marked it delivered so it wasn't their problem.
