04/02/2026 update:
Despite all the information and documents that I sent to the company, they sent me another email on 29 January requesting a response within 24 hours with the documents that I have already shared. Still no sign of any intention to refund me the $288 cost of renewal, which I have never agreed to.
This has become an unnecessarily long battle that I don't need, simply due to a mistake that I signed up with them. I will recommend no one to go through what I have been through.

I have contacted FinalRoundAI again, sending all relevant information; however, no response has been received from the company.
EU regulations, primarily the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), mandate clear upfront information, easy cancellation, and fair notice for automatic renewals, which the company has not comply. Instead, they automatically charged fees from my bank without notify me and without my consent. In addition, there is nowhere on the website mentioning the 'automatic renewal' or where you can disable it. I encourage consumers, especially in the EU, to exercise their rights if they have experienced the same. You can contact the European Consumer Centres Network - ECC Net in your country to file a complaint.

Paid for Pro, didn’t get a working product or real support
I subscribed to the Pro plan after reading positive reviews and expecting a polished, reliable product. What I got instead was a buggy, incomplete platform and zero real customer support.
Key features simply do not work as advertised. Interview Q&A generation failed entirely when I actually needed it for a real interview. The content was never produced. Other parts of the product are poorly designed and unintuitive. Even basic things like accessing role-specific Q&A required digging around obscure URLs. This does not feel like a finished product.
The interview copilot feature technically runs, but the value is low. Questions are generic, and the AI does not meaningfully challenge vague or shallow answers. It’s closer to a demo than a serious interview prep tool.
The biggest issue, however, is support. I requested a refund within the stated 3-day window according to their own ToS. What followed was an endless loop of automated bot replies. No human support, no escalation, no resolution. When I asked for updates or clarification, they simply stopped responding altogether.
This feels intentionally designed to exhaust users into giving up. Charging a premium price while hiding behind bots and ignoring valid refund requests is unacceptable.
Potential aside, in its current state this service is not worth the money, and the lack of real customer support is a serious red flag. I would strongly advise others to stay away unless they are comfortable paying for an unreliable product with no accountability.

If you’re looking for a robust platform, you’ll be disappointed—this plan feels more like a marketing gape than a product. It seems all the 5 star reviews are either paid or fake.
The customer service is essentially nonexistent. A customer service ticket was opened when I raised a critical issue, got a quick confirmation, and then the ticket was closed with a note saying they “didn’t hear back from me.” No follow‑up, no resolution—just radio silence.
Stay away if you expect actual help.

Co-Pilot is responding late. Its better to prepare your notes.
I tried using it for the first time earlier with my live interview but the Co-Pilot is taking too long to respond to the questions, luckily I already prepared my cheat sheet answers beforehand, I was expecting more from it but nah.
Sorry but I need to have a refund on this. It's not worth it.
I also tried cancelling and having a refund yet the CS team does not respond right away when I confirmed that I want a refund, they told me that I am still on the 3-day money back guarantee and you know what? They are delaying the responses so that I will not have my refund processed.
Again, it's better to have your notes ready. For those who want to try just try the free version first, before paying unlike me who trusted and paid, and this is what I get.

Unauthorized charge but resolved
I wanted to try Final Round AI's service, so I opted for their free trial. They asked for my credit card information, but I assumed that, like many other online services, the charge would only be processed at the end of the trial period.
However, the $146 charge appeared immediately on my card. After several attempts to appeal through various channels (Trustpilot, social media, and support), they finally refunded the amount.
