From the start of the initial process till the very end the team at FFS have been so upstanding, gracious, informative, all round pleasure to deal with over the duration, they are all a credit to the company

Going through Iva was a blessing for me and everything was straight forward

FSS helped me to get on top of my finances. They were there all the way through helping me so as I didn't get into debt again it took 5 years on Iva but it was worth it to be debt free.i would recommend FSS

My experience with the financial support system surrounding my IVA has been incredibly stressful and, at times, deeply disappointing. Throughout the process there has been a noticeable lack of compassion and understanding towards the rising cost of living. Expenses continue to increase year on year, and during a national living crisis it has been extremely difficult to maintain the rigid expectations placed on me. There have been times where I have genuinely felt forced to choose between heating my home and eating properly, which no one in financial recovery should have to face.

Rather than feeling supported, the process has often felt inflexible and poorly managed. Communication has not always been clear, and there seems to be little recognition of how challenging it is to meet strict financial targets when everyday essentials are becoming more expensive.

To make matters worse, the final stage of my IVA has also been mishandled. Due to administrative errors on their side, I have been placed into a six-month extension that I neither needed nor requested. This has added unnecessary stress and frustration at what should have been the closing chapter of an already demanding journey.

An IVA is meant to help people rebuild and regain stability, but my experience has left me feeling unsupported and unheard. I hope future customers are treated with more empathy, better communication, and more competent administration than I have experienced.

Very friendly and helpful over the phone and emails, whenever I had a problem I could contact through email or phone and any issues were solved straight away.
When applying the process was done in a very friendly and helpful manner and was set up very quickly payments were all taken smoothly and on the date I asked for. Brilliant
