I used Finanzen.net ZERO for quite some time, and when everything worked as expected, the platform was easy to use and generally offered a good experience.

Unfortunately, the real test of a broker is how problems are handled, and this is where my experience was disappointing. Whenever I encountered an issue, support tickets were often closed without a satisfactory resolution. In several cases, I received generic or seemingly arbitrary responses that did not actually address the question I had asked.

This happened with issues such as account closure requests and correcting personal data, including a phone number problem. Instead of investigating the root cause or providing clear explanations, the tickets were often marked as resolved and closed, even though the matter remained unresolved from my perspective.

The platform itself works reasonably well, which is why I am not giving the lowest rating. However, when customer support is needed, getting a meaningful answer or an actual solution can be frustratingly difficult.

I hope Finanzen.net ZERO improves its support processes and focuses more on resolving customer issues instead of just closing tickets.

They are...improving.
One cannot expect an immediate answer to the tickets if he doesn't pay a cent fee!

Pros:
- Zero fees as always
- Gettex not that bad at all, Baader Bank manage it well as MM. Spreads reasonable.
- SEPA Instant for incoming payments (big achievement!, finally, thanks!). Money arrives immediately at Baader Bank, then the sync between them and the platform happens every hour at 00. If I transfer money at 11:01 or 11:59, it arrives at 12:00
- They accept tax foreigners like me, unlike other German brokers. Thank you for this.

Nice to haves for the future:
- SEPA Instant for Outgoing
- Bonds. They are traded on gettex. Why not available?
- Adding new exchanges (Xetra).
- Documents and Archive....Please, make it possible to create folders and to organize/move documents! It is a mess right now!

Honestly I am surprised by all the positive reviews, but I guess that we have all different expectations.

Things I liked:
- Nice choice of ETFs
- Free saving plans

Things I disliked:
- spam of promotion of exotic ETFs each time you open the application
- sales can be cut in multiple days, no control of when they occur
- very confusing GUI, hard to track investments, performance, cash, etc.
- very long in and out transfer delays (in an era of generalized instant transfer it is really frustrating) (EDIT: it seems that they have now implemented faster transfers)
- liquidation of positions not always working (I have 0.001 shares of an ETF left I can't sell)
- I can't close my account because of the reliquate
- Children accounts are requiring different logins and emails, are not always created as you expect, and I couldn't create a saving plan for some reason

EDIT: it seems that I missed the 3 days window to identify myself towards finanzen.net zero, so there is a risk that this review will be disavowed.
Anyway, everyone is free to try the app and see for themselves. Those are not problems that can really be solved, but design decisions I am not aligned with. Inherently there is nothing wrong with the company, you won't get scammed.
Nevertheless, it seems that most of the customers are happy, which is the important part, and I wish great success to both finanzen.net zero and their customers.

Recently scammed by a company, maybe this company I’m not sure yet, using this website as my “employee crypto account”
Once I tried to transfer my money “earned” back to my other crypto Wallet somehow this scam company has held up my funds I was supposed to get back at the end of the day “guaranteed”. Not sure if this is coming from this company proper or if they just let people use this system to scam others using there name but hopefully I will find out soon email me for screenshot, I don’t figure I’ll ever get my money back but if I can at least make some people aware would be a step in the right direction.

I have the screenshots of what’s going on, that’s a real weak and vague reply you made there but I don’t know what else I expected out of a “German” company based out of Pakistan that scams hard working Americans and probably anyone else who wants to try to find extra income.

As a matter of fact with a response like that I should get the FBI and FTC involved.

I completed 3 prepaid tasks (1 paid $46 2nd paid $88 third paid $110 )and was paid bonus and submitted request for withdrawal and still have not been paid.
The mentor is telling me I need to do another order (William Anderson). And won’t help now I am out money the website has used to complete trades was

This service gives an easy start into trading even with small amounts for personal use. It is backed by a realiable German bank and i never had any issues in transfering money in or out of my account. The app and website are both very well designed and quite intuitive to use and the toolset is very well designed.

They are not approving opening of a Children's saving account. Although I've sent them all the relevant documents, they keep insisting that the documents I'm sharing are not legit. It feels like they don't want to open a saving's account for my child because she was born outside of Germany. Such a shame.

Practically non-existent support. Transfer of a Depot to Zero was rejected without any proper explanation. After some back and forth and blanket FAQ responses, Zero's support told me I should contact some intermediary with a name listed as the rejecting entity by my current broker. The intermediary on their side (!) that rejected the transfer. After some research it became clear it is a company Baader Bank uses for clearance. So I had to dig out login details and call Baader support directly (unlike Zero at least they can be contacted that way).
I believe Baader just could not fulfill the time limit obligations from BaFin (they already got penalized for that last year) and cancelled the transaction.
Resume: It boggles my mind how unprofessional and disinterested Zero's support acts when you literally want to give them your money! Imagine what you can expect if you ever need to move your Depot from them. I decided not to try again - with such abysmal service I don't see the point.

UPDATE: Sie schreiben unten "Um Genaueres zu erfahren, haben wir Dich soeben kontaktiert" - das ist eine Lüge, niemand hat sich irgendwo bei mir gemeldet.

Horrible customer service, deposit transfer was not processed for weeks until the order was canceled, no response to service tickets, stay away.

The company lies to the person who invited me that I broke the rules. However, after allegedly violating the rules, the bonus was paid to me.
So the company is lying because I didn't break the rules and they don't want to pay my friend for my registration.
We are waiting for a decision on ticket 200458.
