No job descriptions, so you don't know how much each job is worth with regards to findatrades fees.
Tried to call but on hold for over 2 hours and still waiting.

Terrible

Colin Shaw (S8 Installations) did an amazing job of fitting our new utility. He was very efficient and conscientious and worked to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure having him in the house. Thank you for an excellent job well done.

Despite stating "Find Carpet Fitters across the UK" My job was listed by postcode. Findatrade identified the trades I could have contacted were, roofer, general builder, and decorator.
Nearest major town to me is 8 miles Swindon postcode SN my postcode is GL.
I still await a reply from Findatrader telling them of this.

We’ve had our kitchen fitted by John at Trend transformations, he’s has done an excellent job, very neat and cleaned after every visit.
Really nice guy, and has given us some great ideas and tips.
Absolutely thrilled with our kitchen.

Shire buildings . Made me a perfect fit garden gate . Very friendly . Cleaned up all their mess even took away my old gate . Would definitely recommend and use again

They sent a cowboy builder. The job ended on the court. I won but the company went bust. On that day the full day on the court was just the businesses of that trader. Beware these guys are not interested to send you a proper trader. If you are looking for a cowboy builder that’s the best place to find one. My wasted money was 5k on this project. Nobody takes any responsibility of course.

Loads of traders on here saying "no job too small" but posting a small job results in............. nothing.
Total waste of time.

Tells you that contact time is 2 hours minimum, after 11 days no contact.
Waste fo time and seems no one wants any work.

Thank you to Finishing Touch, Barnstaple. Richard took the upmost care with fitting our carpet. It took at lot longer because flooding had effected the concrete floor, but Richard took the time to re concrete the floor. The result is lovely, would use them again and recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the work done by s8 builder s Colin and mark would highly recommend to everyone 100% can’t thank them enough nothing was to much trouble for them

Been with this site for a few months now and I get abit of work of it . Well worth the £55 a month as some other sites are a lot more

Another bad trade site, I paid a subscription and found for the work I want they don't get much so I'd go on a paug deal yet when I did and I'd ask for a refund on a lead I brought as I couldn't quote they'd blah they're way out of it and keep my money.

I'd happily invest with them if they could see beyond they're nose.

If you don't believe me please try them out for yourself and see.

Definitely not in it for the long run.

I used this website to find a trader to do my patio and so glad I had chosen TC building and Landscaping to do the job. Main man Tom explained what his team is going to do, suggested some things where I could save more but as good as I want. They were all very polite, always come very early to start and finished the job as agreed, even repaired minor things in my property for free. They tidied up after everything was done. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Tom and the team.

I recently used this site to find a roofer to sort out my kitchen flat roof. I picked a firm called Stevenson Builders. The firm turned out to be run by a cowboy who completely messed up my job and then blocked me. I contacted the site and they told me he is suspended but still has access to jobs going and is still able to operate normally. Disgusting, why is he not removed completely from the site?. I have contacted the site and they say he is still active so people can see feedback. Use another site people, who knows how many cowboys operate on this site due to the lax vetting.

Just had 'tcbuildingandlandscaping' to carry out some roofing work on my house. Tom arrived early, he informed me off everything that he was going to do. He was polite, good efficient tradesman, I would recommend his company to anybody. I will definitely be in touch with him again with no hesitation. Thank you Tom it was a pleasure to have met you.

Website easy to navigate and place requests for trades. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now to find tradesmen. Thank you

It seems to have a good balance of work and good customer base.

Easy to use but only ever had one contact from a tradesman. To be fair, he did a good job.
