I was a problem about subscription renewal and I sent email to them , and they were the fast , helpful and kindly. Thank you for your support.

My daughter got trapped by using the portal of Findboliger.dk
They keep on charging on her credit card despite the fact that they where offering a trial period of 9,00 DKK for 3 days with out mentioning a monthly subscription of 299,00 DKK per month.
Following they just keep charging through Mobilpay.
VERY.... VERY BAD and untrustworthy.. Shame on you.

No answer from any contacted person on the website, they will charge you automatically after your trial period is over although is not visible anywhere where you agree to that.
Just another website that makes you think you can find affordable prices so they can take your first payment.
If you choose to try this website I can guarantee that you will cancel it and unfortunately not because you find a place.

Moving to Denmark I used their service to find an apartment in Aarhus. If you don't speak danish the way they operate is tricky as hell. Basically when you pay 9kr to be able to see house owner/agencies contact information they enroll you directly to a monthly abonnement which cost 299kr/ month. Abonnement for what... I don't know... Off course they don't send you any email, or whatever invoice before they take the money from your credit card.
Stay away from this site, thief and tricky.

Following their answer below I would like to add that it's been 2 months I'm in touch with them concerning the issue. 17 email later they just keep hiding behind their terms and conditions.
For info they withdraw 600kr from our credit card without our consent and never let us know about the payments.

Nanna was really helpful . I wanted to cancel the subscription and get a refund after my subscription was autoomatically extended after 4 days. But He was so co-operative and understood my situation and refunded me back. 5 Stars to him.

Nanna made an exeption and will give me a credit note. Thank you very much for this exeption, because I could not read the terms of condition in Dänish. Nanna resolved my issue very quickly and professionally.

She answered me in a very short time and we were able to solve my issue within a day. She was kind and very helpful, thus I had a good experience with FindBoliger's customer service thanks to Nanna

I had a surprise with findboliger.dk, when they charged 299 DKK for the subscription... But I sent email for info (at) findboliger.dk and Findboliger unsubscribe me and returned 299DKK. The support was really good!

Findboliger as a webside was easy to use and had some great properties, but when it comes to cancellation of your monthly subscription, they are not responsive at all. 5 months later after my initial request to cancel by subscription, I am still paying. No answers to emails. I cannot recommend this company at all. Weird that you can't find an email me since you have sent me an email requesting further information yesterday!

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service after a small misunderstanding happened. I had the 4days trial period. I unsubscribed on the 4th day, but it is actually taken as 96hours. I unsubscribed on 4th day but one hour after the time I created an account.

I explained all of this to an employee of findboliger on customer service. He understood my situation and result was that I did not have to pay whole month of subscription, because of this one hour misunderstanding.

Be attentive while reading the website’s description. It is a search engine rather than property catalogue.
It wasn’t very useful for me, though you might be able to find some hidden gems from smaller rental agencies that are difficult to find otherwise.
If you decide to delete your account, you won’t be able to do it yourself; therefore I think that website could be more user friendly. Customer service is friendly, though.
