My experience with Findcourses has been extremely disappointing.

I entered into a 13-month agreement which included a commitment of 35 qualified leads. After 11 months on the platform, I have received one lead, which came from a university in Africa and was not relevant to my UK-based leadership development services.

During that time I maintained my programme listings as requested and engaged with the platform whenever asked, but the core outcome the service was intended to deliver simply never materialised.

I’m sharing this review so that other small training providers and micro-organisations considering this type of marketing investment can make an informed decision.

A great place to list our courses. Findcourses has been a brilliant platform for us over the years, and has always produced high quality leads. Outstanding customer service too! They really look after us.

These guys have helped us so much! We've been with them since 2013, and they have always been so helpful, and their product genuinely works! Paul, our account manager is great, very on the ball - and always there to help us when we need it.

We wasted £2500 on using these to push our courses, we had success via Yell, Reed, Book My courses and other much cheaper, please do not waste your money, you will not see it again, they cannot geo locate your advertising beyond UK and no one wants to drive the leength of the country for a First Aid course. We may have had two genuine enquiries through them, both of which were based atleast a 3 hour drive away, when we had no leads, we contacted our account manager and all of a sudden got a fake account submit a lead, with no such number, email and the company wasn't a business trading name or official name. this is nothing short of burning your money. They have gone completely quiet on us now that they have our money.

A colleague of mine introduced me to Find courses. We had a Alex and Azza reached out and I agreed to go ahead with them for my trading business Spade Learning Academy. However, things go wrong and we found out main tutor fell ill with his liver and we wanted to stop the process before it started rolling. I emailed the finance team before the invoice is attached was raised and NO RESPONSE. The agents I spoke with prior use to respond swiftly now its like they are all ghosts. Now I've promised my self ill be leaving a bad review until someone gets to me because all they are doing now is threatening debts collectors but the problem isn't fixed

Really bad experience, the company doesn't pay their dues. They work for large companies and giving small entrepreneurs a bad time since they always are overdue with payments.

I have been in training for 10 years and have never used an intermediary service like FindCourses. I used it for the first time last year and got 50-80 leads, 30 great leads and closed on enough to triple the fee I paid to list my courses on the site. Great deal, great network, great customer service!
