Buyer beware, it has been six months and I still have not received my merchandise or a refund. I have sent several emails back and forth regarding a refund since they can’t get me my order and they just email back they are going to do their best to solve it. This is why I am hesitant to order online, but I guess I am going to have to just chalk this $79.80 as a loss 🤷🏽♀️ It has been since August 23 I placed that order 😡😡😡😡😡
If i can give this seller a zero star thats what they deserve, its false advertisement, once you get the order you paid for $9.99 each, its only worth $1 in a dollar store. You think your buying a rectractable fence or coverage fir you patio, they are 10x15 piece of plastic leaves, thats all your getting.
The reviews on the Facebook ad were positive but the item I purchased from this company was not at all as advertised. They offered me a full refund once I returned the item however I would be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs were more than the value of the item purchased. I researched the company online and learned that they have scammed numerous customers and efforts to file a dispute claim have been unsuccessful for te majority of people.
