in my case it was a complete waste of time, communication was almost zero, i did all the chasing of them and i wasted my time as i got Zero back i will be contacting the one i know i had PPI with myself and ask them why they feel i didn't have it..

We appreciate that it must come as a disappointment that your cases were unsuccessful but not all credit agreements had PPI attached to them and where they did, not all were mis-sold. Without going into too much detail on this public forum, I can see that FindYourPPI have updated you at crucial points in your cases (that were necessarily protracted because of the impact of last minute claims and the covid-19 pandemic on the banks). If you would like copies of these emails, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll be happy to provide them. As you still feel that you have a claim against your finance providers, however, we have contacted you privately to discuss this.

Your efforts to get my claim were obviously effective, and for that I am very pleased. However, to get the money from the target bank took a long time, no doubt due to their hanging on to the money for as long as they could.

Successful PPI claims.
Pleased with the outcomes and payments received through Find My PPI. It took a while waiting for results, but Coronavirus and the high demand for claims affected the timescale.
Communication was difficult as there wasn't an e-mail address initially to contact FYPPI.
