Amateur service without warranty
Very disappointed to see they call themselves a professional service. Whilst try the beginning of the process was helpful, at the end my aluminium prints turned to be prints in aluminium, as plain paper glued to aluminium sheet, and these were left out of the delivery, I had to complain to get them, juat to realise they did not understand which is strange for someone professional in the printing process. Then I ordered prints to be stuck to mdf frames made by them. These came in different sizes the prints and the frames, which led me to have to cut each photo from the 4 sides in order to make it fit the frames. Their response was that this is normal, I was meant to be cutting these with a knife. I don't think this is very professional and would strongly recommend to avoid as there is no guarantees from this service. I am rarely this vocal on a public space but the level of disappointment, frustration and even anger I got from the experience made me wish this does not happen to another person.
