Received large order in a timely way at an affordable price. However, after requesting a replacement dinner plate (one arrived broken) it’s been 10 months and nothing but excuses with one reply, numerous attempts. Feels like a scam at worst, terribly run “company” at best.

FRAUD. SCAM OPERATION. To say that this is a "business" is a gross overstatement. Pretty pictures and product details likely copied from legitimate sellers. Any communications are sporadic and sparse. As with others who've ordered from this site, a deposit on china was taken nearly a year ago, and the only response to multiple inquiries is to be patient. I believe it's a waiting game - that is, they will wait you out until you give up. I am contacting my credit card provider to have them initiate the fraud process.

Do not order from Fine Brand Sales. I placed an order in February and still had not received it at the end of June, despite multiple attempts at a status update. They do not provide information on the phone and, instead, communicate solely over email, which they do not respond to. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager and, ultimately, cancelled my order.

Don't ever order anything from this site. I ordered in Feb and was told would be here in 8 weeks. Its June and I'm still waiting. Despite numerous inquiries and emails, they are unresponsive. The small savings isn't worth the hassle. I've had to dispute with AMEX.

Got my beautiful Hermes Mosaique 24 dinnerware set today. Packaged professionally, delivery on promised date and above all price would not be found elsewhere. All in all Fine Brand is an excellent seller

Unauthorized seller as confirmed by Waterford! In fact Waterford claimed they could not trace the order so I wonder if the item is authentic!

Lamp came damaged and was repeatedly promised a replacement after I sent back the damaged item. It has been almost a year and the seller Connie Lebow based in New Jersey suddenly stopped all correspondence. I am hoping my credit card company will assist me in getting a refund but am concerned that this seller has employed delayed tactics such that I missed the window of raising a dispute. Very untrustworthy!

Now I wonder if the other items sold on the website are originals or duplicates from China.

I ordered a set of Hermes china on 01/28/2018 and the last item was shipped on 07/24/2018. The items were meant for a wedding in May, and they did commit to an 8 to 10 weeks ship date.
Obviously they missed the projected ship date and were very unapologetic. Had to constantly sending them emails to remind them at every step of the way. They charged me full amount and wouldn't ship my items until two weeks after, when I sent them another email to push. Service is very very lackluster.
The items came in without original boxes as indicated on website and poorly wrapped. Please avoid at any cost!
