The name fine day does not fit the…

The name fine day does not fit the operation and customer relation. DFD Disaster financial day should be the name. You would think that they are helping clients who are stressed from lacking financial needs from emergency situation to other types of needs. Not only a loan shark but also a highway robbery in disguise. Their APR is 695% and they will take your payment direct from your checking account twice a month if you have the fund. If not, you will drown from fees and penalties until you're down on your knees, and probably or sure to get a lawsuit that you also have to pay for the court expenses. What a financial mess. Read the fine line that says "this is a high interest loan" and not a long term. It's advisable to pay it off if you can. So, if you're already in financial stress, I suggest not to get in to this type of loans. But, you're not gonna be approve from other loan companies because they want you to have a good credit score. You can't win for losing.

Super easy to apply and get approved for a loan. I'm so happy they explained the interests up front. They also stress the benefits of paying down in or paying off early. It's clear open and honest. With a breakdown of cost per payment.

They also have Cool members benefits like you can earn points for paying on time. I've already made 6$.

You responded as there was a three day window if I wanted to make adjustments however I did not no I would to make an adjustment! I can't afford to make two payments my bank account will be overdrawn this month and the whole point of taking a loan with you is to keep my account ahead!

The worse customer service ever

Horrible service the people whom I spoke to on February 3 2026 treated me like trash. Very disappointed in the customer service I received they were both rude talked over me did not answer my questions properly the worst experience I have ever had. I am going to get another loan with another company just so that I can pay off this loan as soon as possible so that I do. Or have to deal with your staff anymore.

My first loans went okay; high interest rate, but the money was deposited right away. Now I have taken my third loan, and I'm waiting for the funds to be deposited into my account.
