I agree with many other reviewers

I agree with many other reviewers, I ordered a 1st Mother's Day shirt for my daughter and was guaranteed I'd have it in time but still have nothing! They are a RIP off!!! Take your money and ignore any emails or Facebook messages

Mother’s Day t shirt

Ordered a T-shirt for mother’s day on 4/30. This company new the shirt would not arrive in time but took the order any ways. My order still says it’s in the print shop, they won’t answer any emails, I’ve sent four, won’t answer any questions about it on Facebook. They take your money and then ignore you.

Like many others

Like many others, I placed my order in early April and am not going to receive my Mother's day gift in time. The company will not respond to multiple emails. I paid for expedited delivery and tracking which I did not get. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.

BAD BAD all round

BAD BAD all round.
Please don't buy from this company. I ordered on the 6th April. It's now the 10th May. After countless emails sent I finally got a reply saying that I have to give 6 weeks from shipping date to put a refund claim in. No where on their web page does it say 6 weeks. I was emailed saying 6-10 business days for delivery. It was for my daughter's first mother's day. Spoke with them today and they said they can reprint after 6 weeks. No use to me on the 31st May. Don't do it.

They promise but don't deliver and are unresponsive. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an item I saw on a Facebook ad. An adorable "First Mother's Day" onesie for my grandson to wear on my daughter's first Mother's Day (personalized with baby's name). I even paid extra to make sure it would get to me in time for the special day. I've been checking the tracking for a week and it keeps saying it is still being printed, even though the page where I bought the item said if I paid the extra my order would be printed and shipped out immediately. It is now two days until Mother's Day and my item is still being "printed." I've contacted the seller via e-mail and on Facebook. No response until tonight they asked for an order #. I think the only reason they even did that is because I filed a complaint with PayPal. I have every intention of getting my money back if I have to use PayPal to get it. And I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Horrible shipping and customer service

Class action lawsuit

PSA: All who have reviewed. I share in your pain as they duped me as well. My wife, on her first Mother’s Day, will be without a gift. I am an attorney. If you are interested in joining a class action suit, please email me at kshah(at)grsm.com. I know $20-30 is not a lot, but there are statutory punitive and exemplary damages that will put this company well out of business.

They Actually Responded to Me

I just received a response from their customer service and they told me that the onsey would be delivered in 5-8 days, so after my daughters first Mothers Day. By the way, they are sending one that says 2020, not 2019 so it will be her second Mothers Day and the baby will be 15 months old. This place is horrible and I will never buy from them again and I would advise you to do the same.

I just found their phone number 646-741-2095, but their business name comes up as Teezily Inc.

Scammers

Ordered 4/19 - still not here and it's almost Mother's Day. They won't return emails after I said I would contact my credit card to have the charges reversed. So many more comments like this.....makes me think they are scammers!

This company is a f$###g joke, payed extra for my item to be printed and shipped that day, 2 weeks later no product and no response from the company via email other than to say my product is still in the print process!!! After 2 damn weeks after i payed extra its still in print? F$$k these scam artists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cannot recommend this company!

Orders are slowly delivered. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, for mothers day 12th of may. I paid for fast delivery with tracking.
I haven’t seen or heard anything since.

The so called customer service doesn’t reply.
The 14th of may, my order arrived. That’s too late for mothers day.

This whole process has been inacceptable.

Horrible service; same as other reviews here

Same as other reviews here; ordered in PLENTY of time for a Mother's Day delivery, paid extra for tracking and expedited shipping and the order status has been "Print-job in progress" for ~2 weeks. No way of getting this product by Mother's Day, so will be contacting my credit card company to block payment. Not replying to my email inquiries nor Facebook messages, even though they advertise that they "Answer messages immediately".

I ordered a mother’s day shirt 6 weeks ago. Still no shirt. It is now 3 days before mother’s day. No tracking number available with my order. Emailed customer service and I got my email back as undeliverable. The message said they were not accepting emails at this time. Bogus company.

False advertising

Ordered a ones for mother’s day, ad said order by the 15th April for delivery by the 18th May for mother’s day. It’s now 1 business day from mother’s day and no item. I have sent 2 emails requesting an update with no response.
