Very helpful and trustworthy, unique designs

I have only bought online from Finelli, and the quality and service has been really good. The styles are unique and interesting, and the items I have bought have been good quality. I have contacted them several times on social media for information about items zor to ask about styles shown on their social media, and they have been very helpful. In some cases they have got items made in my size when they were out of stock. My experience is that they are honest and helpful, and I have ordered several time and haven't had a problem (be aware - some times orders can take a few weeks if they are waiting for stock, but nothing to worry about). The designs are unique and the customer service is excellent.

10/10 would recommend

Amazing quality of all the materials and clothing items. I visited the store to be able to see all of it and feel the material and i was instantly thrilled. I got to learn more about the backstory of the brand and the owner which makes it even more special and feels really good to buy from. The owner is really open about the production process and i could feel how much he cares about the quality of his products. This shows in all of the items i got to see. The staff is very helpful and patient. I felt comfortable to take time deciding what i want. Finally a brand that is not made by already rich people! It is young and approachable. I‘m so happy with my purchase!!

I had a great experience with Finelli…

I had a great experience with Finelli Clothing. Their customer service was prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They answered my questions quickly and made everything smooth and easy.

I purchased the brown fur collar leather Jacket along with the matching brown leather pants, and the quality is truly exceptional. The leather feels premium, the fit is excellent, and the craftsmanship really stands out. The set looks even better in person and feels like a high-end piece that will last for years.

Highly recommend Finelli Clothing if you’re looking for top-quality leather pieces and excellent customer support!

I had a really positive experience with Finelli Clothing. From the start, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff were professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and they made sure I understood everything clearly.
What stood out most to me was how respectful and attentive everyone was. It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all—they actually took the time to listen and help. That made a big difference and showed how much they care about their customers.

Super disappointed to be leaving such a…

Super disappointed to be leaving such a bad review. Waited weeks for the bag which looked amazing online.

It came and and I wasn’t super happy but I thought it will work as a secondary bag. Took the tag of it and the clip fell off, once inspected it further it was clear that the ‘metal’ clips were just stuck on and will all 100% fall off at some point meaning you can’t properly close the bag.

The owner promised me a new bag, then redacted this.

I would avoid wasting a lot of money for a very cheap quality bag, either grab one from a high street store which will cost half the price or pay double and get a quality good brand.

I’ll be seeking a full refund. Avoid wasting your mineh like I did!

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency.

The damage to the bag was caused by yourself after removing the tag. Despite this not being a production fault, we immediately replied to you on Instagram and stayed in constant contact with fast responses, trying to resolve the situation fairly.

Even though it wasn’t our responsibility, we still offered you a full replacement with a brand-new bag (not a repair). The only condition was that the original bag be returned — which you refused. Instead, you asked to keep the damaged bag and receive an additional new one for free.

Unfortunately, that’s not how exchanges work.

After this, you opened a bank dispute while keeping the bag. The chargeback was declined because we were able to provide full chat history proving the damage was customer-caused and showing that we had already offered a replacement.

During the conversation, there were also multiple threats to leave a negative review if we didn’t send an extra free bag on top — and this review appears to be the result of that.

We always stand behind our products and treat genuine issues with care and respect. However, we can’t support situations where someone expects two bags for the price of one.

If anyone would like full transparency, we’re happy to share the complete chat history privately.

We only want good-hearted people in our community. 🤞🏽

WARNING

WARNING: Read to the end if you don't want to be completely scammed!
First of all, the measurements they use in their product descriptions are random and inaccurate, the quality is appalling and extremely poor (and they dare to call it luxury!!). After ordering an item with the wrong size and terrible quality, I requested a return. They sent me a label, and I immediately returned the item, which they received two days later (early November). The tracking proves it, and it's clear! Since then, they have NEVER refunded me and are using every possible tactic to avoid paying me, even going so far as to invent a new return address in the United States. However, I requested a return through their platform, and I have proof that they sent me by email with their own label, which is based in Switzerland!! I don't usually leave reviews online, but please be aware that these reviews are extremely dishonest. Be very careful and think twice before making a purchase on this fraudulent website. I am available if anyone wants to contact me; I will provide all the evidence I have.

Déjà pour commencer, les mensurations qu'ils utilisent sur les descriptions des produits sont aléatoires et fausses, la qualité est pitoyable et de très mauvaise qualité (et ils osent utiliser le mot luxe!!) Après avoir commandé un article donc la taille est fausse et la qualité est piteuse, j'ai sollicité un retour et ils m'ont renvoyé une étiquette et j'ai tout de suite renvoyé l'article qu'ils ont reçu 2 jours après (soit début novembre) le tracking et le suivi le prouve et c'est net! et depuis, ils ne m'ont JAMAIS remboursé et ils utilisent tous les stratagèmes possibles et inimaginables pour ne pas me rembourser allant même jusqu'à inventer une nouvelle adresse de retour aux états unis, or, j'ai sollicité un retour sur leur plateforme et j'ai les preuves qu'ils m'ont envoyé par mail avec leur propre étiquette qui est basée en Suisse!!
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis sur internet, mais sachez qu'ils sont extrêmement malhonnêtes et faites très attention et réfléchissez avant de faire un achat sur ce site frauduleux et je reste même à disposition si quelqu'un veut me contacter, je lui fournirais toutes les preuves que j'ai.

Great service!

Star T-shirt

I bought a Star T-shirt, €89 is what i paid.
The silver studs on the t-shirt all fell off after 3 days and cracks are appearing in the white star on the front. It was said to be good quality, but I don't see much of that.

They never sent my order

I have been waiting for my order to be sent like three weeks now. The only thing I have recieved was order confirmation and that the payment was succesful for sure. I Have been trying to contact the team for multiple times now and no one answers. Worst customer service ever. Don’t think the order never arrives.
