If your parcel is lost by DHL you will not get a refund for your purchase, they will ignore you and make you fill out stupid paperwork. I don't recommend it to anyone, ever.

UPD! My order was not delivered a month ago. Don't buy from them, if something with the order goes wrong - you will be left without the order, money and help. I just lost 200 euros and no one wants to be responsible for the fact that the order was not delivered to me.

I placed two orders for porcelain items from Finenordic and on both occasions everything arrived immaculately packed and quickly in Portugal. Shipping price is fair.

Recently ordered from finenordic what can I say "Amazing" order came with 7 days order was wrapped to perfection box was well padded, all items in perfect condition couldn't fault anything an i would definate reccomend im very pleased with my order very eased with customer service definate 100%reccomrnd this company 😊

I absolutely love the designs, beautiful, elegant and chic. It's a bit pricy but very unique. Products are packed well and delivery is speedy.
