Fine Sarouki rug
The beautiful hand knotted rug was accurately described and viewable in several photos on the Fine Rug Collection website. They provided great communication throughout the shipping process so I knew when to expect delivery and the rug arrived just a few days after the order had been placed.
I also appreciated the inclusion of a pamphlet on cleaning and maintenance of the rug and the separate note warning not to use rotating vacuum brushes that could damage the fibers.
