STAY AWAY FROM FINESSE
Hi, I just wanted to warn everybody about the experience we have had with Finesse carpets from bilston and hope that nobody else has to experience what we have. We paid Finesse over £2,000 to supply and fit flooring in our first home. After a month, we already had to have the vinyl in the bathroom taken up and had somebody else put tiles down for us as the quality and fitting of it was so poor. They are also extremely disorganised as they had the wrong address down for us and came to fit the floor on the wrong day. But above all this, the worst thing was that they laid the laminate flooring completely wrong and are refusing to rectify it. We have given them the opportunity to correct it, very amicably. We have had many phone calls back and forth, where they admitted it was wrong but are still refusing to put it right for us. I have no other alternative than to publicise what they have done to us, the stress it has put us through and the money it will now cost us to have it rectified. I do not take any enjoyment from writing this post, however I wish I’d have known to stay away from this company. Please do your research before you give your money to the wrong people.
