Unlike many other companies we use only fully documented and vetted staff. The real living wage is an hourly rate which calculates the actual cost of living. As an accredited member of the Living wage foundation we ensure all of our staff are paid a wage that allows them to meet the cost of living. It is crucial to pay the living wage in order to prevent social inequality however, due to the living wage being voluntary, many companies within our sector choose to pay staff significantly less than the living wage. We take pride in being one of the few companies trying to make a difference by paying the living wage.
