Suitable name for a great company
I would class myself as the “particular” type of customer who prides himself in research, due diligence and standards.
As such, I spoke to many companies that dealt with glass splashbacks; looked through their work, asked for quotes etc. I contacted Finesse Glass for an approximate quote on a mirrored version which he provided and ANDY came round promptly by the end of the week to discuss further.
First impressions: he came in a clean and professionally designed liveried vehicle.
I spoke to him about our requirements and he discussed with me in detail the different types of glass, the manufacturing process and what would be suitable. In addition, he was able to show the differing physical samples of glass available and provide further details.
It is clear that Andy knows his craft and his craft is glass. He has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and is passionate about it which was clear to see. There were NO pressure sales tactics. Finesse Glass is a family run company and due to the above I placed a deposit based on a competitive price that was explained to me.
He communicated throughout to make me aware of how my glass was getting along and when the splash back was due to be ready to be installed.
Installation day: Andy was a professional throughout and was very considerate of my home whilst working and kept the working area tidy. He took his time to install the glass with care and was careful in the preparations of his working area to ensure everything was seamless. He even went the extra mile to sort out a small unrelated issue for me as it was within his skill set. He didn’t have to but he did and I greatly appreciate it.
I have recommended Finesse Glass to others who have asked and will continue to do so.
