Legitimate company, but they are still a scam. They have terrible service. I have a sci-fi series and my characters have unique names. When they offered me an editing service, whatever program they ran my manuscript through adjusted all of my character names, which is how I can tell they didn’t even read it. I turned down that service, yet continued working with them. I signed a contract with them almost 2yrs ago that had a list of 16 services in a package deal. After all this time, 4 services were completed. Regardless of a “money back guarantee,” they were disrespectful enough to give back less than 25% of what I paid, though only having completed 25% of the contract. DO NOT believe their “100% refund” or “money back guarantee” contracts. Integrity means nothing to this company. They will offer anything to get your money and do a terrible job, then stop answering your calls. Beware of their sister companies also. More than one “finest content…” exists under their umbrella of scams.

I contracted with Finest Content Writing, 75 Broadway, Suite 202, San Francisco, CA 94111 in December of 2020 to market a book that had been published in July of that year. Under the terms of the contract, FCW was to provide a number of services, including press releases, podcasts. radio interviews and management of Search Engine Optimization on all major sources (Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc.) for 90 days. Further, they were to manage my Amazon Author’s page, develop ‘keywords’, and provide a minimum of ten (10) book reviews which would assist in gaining publicity for the book.
A couple of important lines in the contract are these:
“The agreement also certifies that you are entitled to 100% Money Back Guarantee if you’re not satisfied or do not wish to continue with us for any passage of time or for any type quality reason(s).” I believe reasonable men would agree that the failure to sell a single book would qualify as a ‘quality reason’.
On the page for the signatures of contractual partners is a list of VALUE ADDED SERVICES, to wit:
1. Unlimited Free Revisions (not applicable—the book was complete and published).
2. 100% Ownership Rights
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
4. 100% Unique Content Guarantee.
To date, I have sold 112 books—none of which can be attributed to the efforts (?) of FCW. Indeed, all the books sold by bookstores, Amazon, etc. were sold before I entered into contract with FCW. 16 of those book sales were to the author’s friends and fellow church-members. Finest Content Writing did not contribute to the sale of a single book, let alone the 1000 copies I was promised.
After months of assurances from representatives of FCW that my bookselling site was ‘open and operative’, I learned that this, too, was a lie. Indeed, PayPal, the vehicle by which payment for books was to be processed, advised they could not figure out a way to complete a sale on this site. The problem was with the people who had allegedly set up a ‘workable site’ (FCW)
The people who operate Finest Content Writing are dishonest. After assuring me that the fee for services was a one-time payment, I was asked for money several times—for ‘book reviews’, for the website that they were to set up, for an ad to be shown on the big board at Times Square in New York and for a number of other services which I could not afford. Nothing---NOTHING—was ever accomplished that would contribute to the sale of books, which was the purpose of the contract.
Rather than contract with Finest Content Writing, I would recommend if you have money to spend that you open the window and throw the money out into the street. Your chances of success are just as great as spending it in frustrating months of trying to get FCW to do anything to promote your book.
I do not have an enemy I dislike badly enough to recommend FCW to him.

One of the absolute worst. They promise a refund, give a very poorly written work, you complain they try to SELL YOU MORE, you said no then they ghost you forever.

What a S... show! Don t waste your time and money! They will call you a lot to ask you for money and then dissappear! I paid them for marketing my book and after 5 months they did nothing. Last week they told me their office is closed because of corona virus and that they will start working from home. Yesterday I was contacted by another company called Excel Writing to tell me that the Finest Content Writing system exploded and that they lost all the information and that I don t have to pay them anymore because they will not finish the project, so the Excel Writing offered to do it for half price! They told me to call the bank and open a claim and that is how I will get my money back but I need to pay them at least a thousand right away so they can start working on the project. Somehow this company had all my information.
Big disappointment!

I signed up, paid $750, to have the word doc of book formatted. From intro I was assigned to work with “team leader”.Sent her my manuscript. Had one phone call with her. Never heard from her again. Week later a Manager asked I send her my manuscript & “we will get this done”. All subsequent emails went unanswered; all calls went to music. Now 3 weeks later, I’m working with cc to get refund of my $750. I googled address & it is a small apartment in a big complex. No “team” could possibly work there. Never again!

I wanted someone to write a book for me, and fortunately, I found Finest over the internet. Although, I was slightly reluctant at the start and didn't want to pursue the relationship merely based on the call and some website, I went ahead after they showed me the contract and all the legal stuff. These guys wrote my book, and there were some revisions. But I think that's part of work where sometimes I discovered a few new ideas pertinent to my book and modified my book's outline in the midway, and on some instances the writing team did not get me properly. Still the project manager Lisa Taylor (I hope i remember her name right) handled everything with perfection. And the best part? The marketing the did it after the book was published was out of this world. I did not expect such quality and on-point strategies would be devised for me, but it happened, and my book became a success and something I wasn't sure about. Today, I believe no one does the job better than the Professionals, and I am surely reaching them out for my next book.

All of you who have searched for good writers in any capacity, you must know the hassle and the struggle of going through this whole thing. Looking for good writers and interviewing them is indeed a tough ask. Cherry on top, some of my previous instances have made me a bit reluctant and I am usually too picky. Gladly, I found these guys through some online advert and it probably was the best thing ever. My E-Book got written, formatted and published on intended platforms and I couldn’t be happier. Surely looking forward to hiring these guys again.

Most of these reviews below seem fake and poorly written. To be honest, it sounds like the editing drafts that I received back from "Finest Content Writing," so I assume that they had their "finest" editors working on these reviews. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that the editing drafts I got back seem like they were edited by someone that recently learned English. The other negative review talked about them trying to constantly up sell them. True! Run for the hills. This is not a company that will help your work.

Edit: I've been working with Finest Content Writing to fix my issues with the product they have delivered so far. I will say, they have made an effort to fix their initial drafts, and I truly believe they want to give me a good product. I am upgrading their star rating from 1-2, as I'll wait to see what they deliver to increase it any higher. Lisa Taylor (quality assurance team) has been gracious and taken time to work with me and provide necessary fixes. Stay tuned :)

Final Word: After a rocky start, I'm happy with the final product that was delivered to me. They finally assigned an editor to my project that was experienced and was able to achieve what I'd been asking for. This was technically an "upgrade" that they gave me for free, because I wasn't happy with what I was getting. Part of the problem was a miscommunication over the the style of editing I had ordered. But in our conversations, it was never revealed to me that what I had ordered didn't cover any sentence restructuring. It was only for punctuation, spelling, and simple grammatical issues. Not to mention that the original edits didn't really even do that, as they were just downright incorrect.
In the end, I believe that the staff at Finest Content Writing want to deliver a good product. They are quick to respond, and get drafts back usually within the week. I think you can get a good product from them, just know what you are getting and make sure to get a solid editor on your project.

I bought a block of niche related articles from Finestcontentwriting earlier this year. The content was excellent, unique, and professionally written. Additionally, their agent(s) were very responsive and helpful during the draft review process and final delivery. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality content and outstanding customer service.

I really thought I'd found a decent service but sadly no.
It's true my wiki page was up and OK (not great editing though) and that was all acceptable... though expensive.
But then there was a lot of up-sell pressure which I unfortunately went for. They took a lot of money for a service and said there would be an immediate refund if it didn't come off. And it didn't. And 3 months later I'm still waiting for a refund, which they keep promising but not delivering.
They are great talkers and can string you along endlessly. But be careful, if you expect an easy refund on something, you won't get it, so be sure you can afford to lose what you're spending.

I paid them in $400 to do an wiki article on my band. They said no problem. I sent them everything. They handed me a rough draft that was a poor edited version of what I sent them. Then they tried to upsell me to do more articles and that they needed to put more word in. I told them no I would want a refund if they could not perform per our original deal. They took 4 month to get something on wiki and me stating I wanted a refund. And My wiki article got taken down. Do not use this company, they will take you for a ride and steal you money.

being a journalist is really an honor but when it comes to writing it becomes a lot more hectic than you can even imagine. i hired the finest content writing to handle all my writing hassles and from that day onward I am glad that I made that decision. the work is delivered in a flawless format and without any delays
