Before the pandemic, I never ordered cigars online but now I really love ordering from Finest Cuban Cigars. They have great Cuban cigars selection and its very easy to order. The shipping is tracked and the packaging is done professionally to keep the cigars in good condition.

FCC has delivered every time on time and continues to bring great deals and a wide range of cigars and products. I'd highly recommend giving them a try and you won't be disappointed!

I've been ordering from FCC for 15 years now. The smokes always arrive in a nice sealed package and I have yet to have a bad smoke. I highly recommend them to all cigar aficionados.

I loved the cigars I ordered. They were perfect, and they arrived in perfect condition. The Montecristo Petite Edmundos lived up to the Montecristo reputation. They were flavorful and burned evenly for well more than an hour despite their small size. I was reinforced that the ash was the dark gray color of true Havana cigars. My only concern was that the order took a bit longer for delivery than I had anticipated.

This is my 4th order from FCC and my second order of Cohiba Siglo IVs (the others being Robustos). Both boxes of Cohiba Siglo IV arrived together exactly 3 weeks from the order date, perfectly packaged, and in excellent condition. Cigar quality has been outstanding each time, as has the customer support to answer my questions about when rare Cohiba Siglo lines may be restocked due to very limited availability (thank you Bill and Cherrie).

I am very happy with FCC. They have good pricing and they reply immediately to e-mails. And most importantly they know the nuances of shipping to various countries which can be a painful process

I ordered the Duke, not by chance, but by having smoked them before and finding their taste with earthy tones and woody smoke aroma. Nice firm gray ash that held its place until I placed it in the ashtray. They are a good smoke, from first light to the end. I will definitely be ordering them again in the vert near future.

I have been using Finest Cuban Cigars for a little over a year, and I have always been very happy with the quality of the cigars. They arrive fresh and undamaged. On one shipment, I had a problem in transit, but they took care of it with no problem. I don't think you can beat the prices or the service.

My firmly packaged 25 Impacto cigar order arrived 23 days after ordering in perfect shape. Free shipping doesn’t mean Fast shipping...to Canada. A couple of these vitolas had some minor blemishes which was expected. My first one from this selection had a perfect draw, nice aroma, some spice and woody finish. Medium to full strength. Well done FCC. Will order again someday !

I have been a customer of FCC for several years, and usually purchase multiple boxes at a time. On average I spend in excess of $5,000 annually with them. I do not engage in this level of commerce without a sense of security that what I am buying is authentic, well-kept and delivered timely. With only one exception I have been completely satisfied with my experiences. And the exception may have had more to do with quality issues in Cuba (which have and do exist, particularly with one or two of the well-known brands) than with FCC.

I would not hesitate to recommend FCC to anyone, and expect to remain a loyal customer.

In addition to offering superior quality Habanos, FCC demonstrates genuine customer care. Allow me to explain. After a purchase had been made, I noticed a lower price from a competitor. Even though it was already shipped/received, they offered to comp me a few cigars on my next order. Wow! Who does that after a sale?!? FCC, you already get the lion’s share of my CC business, this is likely to make me FCC exclusive. Thank you.
