They should get no stars

They should get no stars. This is a bait and switch company. They advertise on their website "Zero Fee Credit Card Processing". When you talk to the sales people, they tell you that it's zero fees. They get you to sign up. Then, after you give them your bank info for the sake of depositing your sales into your account, they do a monthly ACH withdraw of $25.00/mo. And there's your fee. When you call to get the fee straightened out, they get snarky with you, they hang up on you. They try to manipulate you into speaking in a tone that makes them happy. Darius Nasseh hung up on me then called me back and asked me if I was ready to be nice to him, and then he would "help" me. Darius told me that I didn't know what a bait and switch was. Well, I do know what a bait and switch is Darius. You pulled one. The vendor who pulled the ACH is vague in my bank statement, so you have to spend a bunch of time figuring out who did the draft of your money. Look at the website URL where they tell you that the credit card processing has ZERO FEES under: zero-fee-credit-card-processing. I recorded them on the phone telling me that it's ZERO FEES. Now, they tell me that it's in the contract that fees happen if you don't make a sale. I would never have signed up for that in a million years. These people are manipulative con artists. Turn and run. And the nightmare is not over. They are claiming that I owe cancellation fees. There's no return postage for the card swiping machine. They won't provide an address as to where to return the machine. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB next. After screwing you over and wasting a lot of your time, they give the, "I'm sorry you feel that way" line. They take zero responsibility.
