I ordered four drawer handles for my bed and I unfortunately received mismatched sets of screws, but customer service was super quick to respond and sent me replacements immediately! Great help and great quality products.

All very nice except for the fact the number of screws sent was FAR LESS than the matching number of handles (2 screws per handle) and thus impeded installation requiring me to outsource more screws from a hardware shop, costing me more time and money.
