I bought tickets for Copenhagen marathon with my boyfriend. Unluckily we broke up and it was very heartbreaking to go there without him. But Finishers were very kind and refunded me both bibs.

Super helpful - we were delighted to be able to secure bibs for The Bridge Run from Copenhagen to Malmo. Tickets very scarce but we managed to get them through Finishers. Very efficient and friendly communication. We will definitely be using again and highly recommend.

For health reasons, I cannot take part in my booked Athens Marathon this year.
Kindly, I will be refunded part of the registration fee.
That is not a matter of course. This is not possible with other well-known marathon organisers.

It has been five days since I first tried to contact Finisher regarding a mistake I made with my order. I intended to sign up for the 10 km race but accidentally registered for the 21 km. I have reached out multiple times to cancel my order via email and phone, but I have received no response so far.

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
