They refused the car with no reason. Despite providing valid documents, these guys reject you without providing valid reason.

The car is as promised, that is good. When first searching on the site, the car’s monthly prices are displayed without the mandatory cost of insurance which for me added $160 per month, so a little deceiving. They also display with minimal mileage per month and no required tax. Be aware you can only add one other driver. I am from MD and they could not provide a window of time for the car delivery, so I had to take the entire day off work. Eventually in the late afternoon, they called and said the car would be delivered the following day. It was, they gave a $25 credit. Initially while attempting to place the order, the web site locked and I had to try again multiple times finally I called in, they noticed the same glitch and took the order over the phone. The order process includes a credit check process, a process to enter bank account or payment method and a subsequent process thru a separate service to verify drivers licence record with a photo of the license. The first try failed, the second time worked. With all that said I still give a 4 because essentially they do deliver a car for the time and miles you need. The delivery person did not speak English so he pointed to a stack of papers, I could not ask questions. The car in my case and in most cases is just a little up from the base level. Most are SUVs so for example no front camera, leather, etc.

They took my money then confirmed my address and delivery date without a problem. Then at the last minute my delivery date was prolonged by weeks and the company passed the blame onto the DMV. So now I'm out hundreds of dollars and still without a vehicle. Not to mention that it's next to impossible to get to speak to an actual person to rectify the problem. So far I'm not impressed at all and I'm considering a lawsuit if this isn't corrected immediately...
Edit May 2nd 2023, you're lying trying to make your company look legitimate. I was in touch with customer service and I'm far from happy. You postponed my delivery for a second time, why would I be happy about that?
Another edit 5/10/23...my delivery date was postponed until a later date for the 3rd time and this time with no new delivery date

This is an unusual very well run company. I need a car on a Seasonal Basis. This is ideal if you spend the Winter elsewhere. They deliver to you and pick up at the end. There is no negotiating. You get a new car with insurance and maintenance. Eventually, you can transition easily to electric. This is very well thought through.

There is a prominently displayed FINN Logo with indelible white paint on the car rear windshield and 2 license plate covers. These are not present on the site I believe because they would deter prospects. It would have deterred me. I also have to get my own safety inspection. The delivery was very late at night. So far not a good experience when considering the cost. I regret the decision and it's only the first week.

Finn made it extremely easy to go from viewing a car to successfully ordering and setting up a delivery date. This is a great short term option for me and my family!

The process was relatively easy. The prices aren't bad for the services being offered. As advertised, the car was brand new, only 7 miles when I got it.
My negative is the lack in flexibility and the big difference in whether you leasing for 6 months or 12 months and the very steep conditions should problems arise and you are force to cancel before the lease time expires, absolutely no way out for the customers.
Sadly for a 2023 suv without navigation pre-installed these days is unsatisfactory
But I'd still recommend them

Great company until you have to deal with insurance for any reason. Was in a small accident and have been dealing with their unorganized company for way too long. It’s truly a nightmare and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it for that reason

Excellent business concept. I am not sure if YOU considered the seasonal travelers who need a car 6months up north when visiting. I suspect you will be getting alot of interest from " snowbirds" as your company becomes discovered.
As for experience over all good. The system seems to be weighted heavily on technology Savy customers. You may want to offer live phone service for an additional charge. Also, during the process of choosing a car and completing of purchase would benefit from a hold time. During two attempts to subscribe the car I was trying to obtain became unavailable. I understand the need to allow the market to work , but it almost caused me to give up on FINN. Also some of the FINN care staff's emails went to my spam box during the emailing back an forth. And i missed some key changes. Thanfully i would confirm with phone calls( the old fashion way). Phone calls are not easy.
I will be receiving the car next week. So I can only comment on the process so far.
Also , i can't help but comment on a more personal note. This whole Zen feel an attitude from the sales staff etc. Is very annoying and gives an image of immaturity. No offense just an opinion from a senior who's still in the work force. If I was reserving a spa vacation gettaway it might feel better. Just not when I'm trying to arrange for transportation to and from work. Once again just a very individualized opinion. Despite my technical difficulties Everyone was very RESPECTFUL!
