Update

Update: I did receive a full refund from Paypal. Dawn Ison, I too think it's someone from UPS or has access to the UPS system. A package was delivered to company in the same town, but it was not a package addressed to us. Finoar tried telling Paypal that is was delivered to us. We had to prove that the package was not delivered to our house. That's where you have to contact UPS to show where it was delivered.

Scam

I also was a victim of this fraudulent company. In my defense when I ordered in early July there were not any bad reviews. PayPal did the right thing and refunded my money after I disputed the charge. I hope PayPal is no longer allowing this “company” to use their services. My theory is that the person running this scam is either an UPS employee running a side hustle or this person has someone they know within UPS to provide them with
valid tracking numbers. UPS can pull up tracking numbers by zip code and ship date for tracking or research purposes. When a package is shipped to a zip code the scammer needs, he then plugs that track number into the order and PayPal sends you the tracking info. That package looks like it is coming to you but it is not. It is a real package but going to someone else in your zip code. I bet once there are too many bad reviews they close shop and create a new one and start over. Sad world we live in.

A big Scam

A big Scam! Same as everyone else, ordered 2 inflatable pools for $74. Ups tracking number given showed delivered. Called UPS package was for an embroidery shop in the same zip code. Confirmed with embroidery shop if it was my inflatable pools and it wasn’t. The Package was named and addressed to the Embroidery shop, had nothing to Do with my Intek inflatable pools. PayPal won’t refund my money going to ask credit card to issue refund. Wish I had reviewed here before buying gmail account was for NolanBara all fake !

This is a scam

This is a scam. I thought I was getting a good deal on an inflatable slide that a store had increased their price on from last season. They gave me a UPS tracking number and everything. I filed a claim with PayPal who denied it because they had a tracking number. UPS said it was delivered at "an office" by someone I have never heard of. The shipping address was a residential home in a neighborhood so I don't see how PayPal trusted UPS' information. I've sent several emails to the PayPal seller email address as well as the website support email address but never received a response. I'm currently filing a claim with my credit card company. I feel sorry for people who have ordered from this website.

Same happened to me

Same happened to me. They gave me a tracking number that was fake and said it was delivered. I wasted 73.00 and my kids never got the slip n slide we ordered for the summer. Also never got my money back! I’m trying to fight this with PayPal and UPS but there saying sorry it’s said it was delivered. This isn’t right! Very upsetting!

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! I bought some inflatable pools, they took the money out of my account. I received no confirmation email, even after asking for one. I finally got a shipping tracking number from them through PayPal (?) and come to find out days later after not receiving my products and calling UPS that the tracking # was fake. I am reporting them also!
