Terrible organization, awful service, only mediocre quality.

This Company is a pure scam. I ordered a 233€ custom strap 1 month ago and was billed accordingly. Was informed 2 weeks ago that the strap was ready for shipment (transport Order generated by GLS), but obviously the article was Never Handed over. I sent 4 emails to Finwatchstraps « Customer service » to find out if my strap
Was on its way, no answer, not Even any notice that they may investigate where the error is (with them or the transporter?). Chose this Company if you do Not Care about Customer satisfaction or Even bring ripped off.

I ordered two brackets but received only one. The price is unreasonable for such a poor-quality product. Delivery within the EU took almost two months, which is unacceptable. The seller does not respond to emails. While the product photos look very good, the item received is completely different in reality. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a made-to-order blue watch strap.
What i got was of a different colour and poorly done (stiches are visibly non-parallel). What a joke.

I guess jokes on me for not googling this store before placing a 200 quid order.

Terrible service. The strap was defective and you have to pay for shipping to get it repaired.

Excellent Horween leather strap. It’s another level of robustness using top drawer materials with a very good hand finished feel. On a Zenith Big Date Pilot, it’s a great look and will probably outlast me. Hand stitching is great too. The ultimate in handmade tough leather 4mm thick yet without any padding, and beautifully soft and pliable.

Worth saying that delivery was a fast UPS service even though I’d paid for regular ground shipping to the UK, and that they included spring bars, a nice quality brushed steel deployant clasp and a spring bar tool, all of which were extras I’d not purchased. With your first purchase of a handmade to order strap comes a $50 voucher against your next high value strap. All-in, it’s hard to imagine a better value when looking at top drawer replacement straps.

Bad services - they called me a joke, when I ask them about a refund, because the strap broke after 6 month of use. I´m an old women, and FINWATCHSTRAPS assumed that I have been doing too much sports, and the strap will brake from that. WARNING: dont buy their straps, if you want a strap, like my previous that I had for more than 10 years. FINWATCHSTRAPS is really bad quality with bad service.

God awful customer service and what they sell doesn't match the description at ALL!!!

Bought a flurorubber strap, waterproof, it said. Springbars went rusty after first use in the water, didn't even matter that I washed the strap with water to remove the salt. Nope. Sent a notice to customer service, no answer. Cool. Not buying from them ever again and I would suggest YOU to reconsider heavily if you want to buy from them.

2.5 year ago I bought a Custom Made strap Made of a swiss army pouch, beautifull! As can be read on the website it’s a durable product but it was teared even I treated the strap every month with wax as recommened. I contacted them and they gave me a discount code for a new one.
For the measurement of the new one I checked my first order confirmation and used these for a new alligator one.
Once recieved it was wat too long for my wrist. I contacted them and they said immediately it was my mistake, I should have checked it. After some e-mails they agreed I could return the strap, on my cost of 17€ (!).
However, they were too late to collect the parcel from the postal point and the parcel would be returned to me and had to send it again on my cost to them.
DHL didnt succeed (yet) to return it and I’m trying to find a solution with the strap company but they are very rude and after a few e-mails even ignoring me now!
This is unexceptable

They sent me a wrong strap (and basically just one strap instead of three that I ordered), then told me that one of the straps that I ordered is not available anymore, and after that they just stopped responding to my emails.

They are just scammers and swindlers. I ordered one watch strap for 80.00 EUR. The strap came in a different color, the wrong size and generally of very poor quality. When I requested a return of the strap they offered me a 20% discount, and when I refused they stopped responding to my messages. There is no return address provided on the website.. Do not buy from this company!!!

spent 1100 euro on 4 straps. first 2 were okay, second two came with wrong sized easy insert sizes. my watchmaker was laughing. sent emails about it no replies. never again, stay away

They do not have any store, workshop even office in Helsinki.

The watch strap came apart within 4-5 weeks after purchase. The portion around the pin tore. It also cracked around the holes for the buckle. Poor quality, buyers beware. They filter their reviews online.

I was considering order a strap from this company, but wanted to ask a simple question. No response to three emails after two weeks. I then saw the reviews on this site, and am relieved I never placed an order! Not having a 'phone number on their website is not a good sign. Plenty of other watch strap makers out there, so no point in dealing with this lot.

Bought a brown sailcloth strap. A bit slow shipping from Finland to Denmark, but the seller was responsive and helpfull. The quality and fit is great and it is very comfortable ! I have no problem buying from this company again.

I bought two straps and no sets of heavy duty pins from them. Money was taken quick but product arrived after weeks. One of the straps was ok but nothing special (you could better straps for that money) and the other one, officially canvas did not work at all because the buckle was to big for the holes made into the strap. In addition to that the pins did not fit the straps. I did send parts of the order back. First they claimed not having received anything, now they just don’t answer. As I am not the first one to write that, I do believe now the business is fraud and I will report that to the authorities next time I am in Finland.

This is a follow-up to my previous review of 1 star. I ordered a canvas watch strap and received it in May 2024. The watch strap was not canvas but vinyl, a great disappointment. After weeks of trying to follow up with them they said that they would send me a alternate product of my choosing. I selected one and they said it would ship out the week of June 10th. It's been 9 weeks now and still nothing, I've sent three request for a follow-up and confirmation that it went out and still nothing. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. You take my money and then ignore me, that's a fact.

After 3 months i haven't received the strap... they never answered emalis. Do not buy from this company
