I have been cheated by these people from Borivali West branch please understand they will give all false promises till the time u open your Demat account once u start they do so much loss of ur money that u can’t imagine also they reply u in rude and unmannerly way I have experienced this and don’t want anyone to suffer like me and my sister they are only buying and selling just to earn 20 rs on each buy and sell this way they lot ur money and do loss of ur hard earned money I request to spread this message to everyone in Mumbai and every part of India don’t trust these people

⚠️ Serious Concerns – Unexpected Charges & Trade Mismatch

I had a very concerning experience with Choice India.

I was contacted by a representative who promised “free trades” and informed me that charges would be ₹30 per order. Later, I discovered that charges were actually applied per lot, which was never clearly explained.

After depositing ₹14,000, I initially traded myself and made a small profit. However, I was then guided to allow trades to be executed on my behalf.

One trade raised serious issues:

* I saw ~980 quantity at around ₹3.60 entry and ₹3.30 exit
* But the contract note showed ~1920 quantity with very different prices (around ₹5.10 buy and ₹1.80 sell)

Additionally, I was shocked to see around ₹8,000 in charges in a single day, which is extremely high and unexplained.

My balance dropped to nearly half within a day.

This experience raises concerns about:

* Transparency in charges
* Trade execution discrepancies
* Communication clarity

I strongly advise others to verify all terms carefully and avoid allowing anyone to trade on their behalf.

I have escalated this matter to regulatory authorities.
