I also placed an order on the 2nd dec…

I also placed an order on the 2nd dec and I am yet to receive it. I chased last week and was told that it would be delivered Friday but nothing arrived. I've emailed again twice without any reply, tracking link likewise does not work. Not sure what now to do in this instance, has anyone got their money back?

Avoid these people

Like other people I bought a pandora charm on the 2nd December and was told it was shipped 5th December. Hasn’t turned up and the links they send you to track it don’t work. I have tried both their support email address and their sales email and no response.
Website is now down and no way to contact them except for emails which they don’t reply to. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards!

Oh dear! Scam???

Oh dear!! It looks like we’ve all been scammed!!!
I too placed an order around the same time as the other people did in these reviews and nothing has arrived. I also can’t load the website.
Has anyone made progress getting a refund?

pure rubbish.

Order placed 2nd of December. Was told it had been dispatched on 5th. Never received the items. E- mail sent and received a refund e-mail with no apology or explanation. Waiting to see if the refund ever comes. Despicable company. The reviews say it all.

Ordered a Pandora ring three weeks ago

Ordered a Pandora ring three weeks ago, a week later i was sent an e-mail informing me that the order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. When i inquired as to why this had happened, i was given an apology and told that they could not guarantee that the delivery would happen before Christmas and had taken the decision to issue a refund. I have received my refund and have had plenty of time to arrange a replacement gift. I was annoyed when the order was cancelled, but i would rather be informed and refunded than not have a gift turn up in time.

Received confirmation 4th December…

Received confirmation 4th December goods have been dispatched, received reply from email confirming i should receive delivery last Friday, never arrived.
Have sent two emails since and no reply. I am currently battling cancer and not very mobile, hence internet shopping. I really do not need this added stress and worry that i am going to lose my money.
Wish i had seen there reviews before placing order

Ordered item on 1st of December and…

Ordered item on 1st of December and still haven't received it on Monday 16th, sent a couple of emails but still item not delivered or refunded, annoying as it was a Xmas present for my daughter, absolutely ridiculous situation, at least present a phone number so we can get in contact to discuss matters further or like I suspect either a scam or completely inept company

Inept or not legitimate? Am beginning to wonder.

Why didn’t I read these reviews before ordering?
I feel so foolish.
Placed a substantial order Dec 2 nd. Received confirmation Dec 5 th claiming products were on their way.
One of my three emails received a reply offering to resend all products by the next day.
Of course that never happened either.
What sort of a company offers no contact telephone number for customer service.
Their current website blocks all orders.
Are they simply inept or, as I am beginning to fear, not entirely legitimate?

Absolutely dreadful service

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered two Pandora rings 2nd December, keep being promised they will arrive 'nothing'. Could have bought these locally but now out of stock. Gutted, as these were my daughters main Christmas Gift off her granny. Will never use this company again.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Placed an order on 2nd December, I still haven’t received my parcel. Contact them through email numerous of times to be getting told different dates when expecting my parcel. Been told 2 dates and no parcel on any of the days. Contacted again due to no parcel nearly two weeks later. I understand it’s Christmas time but it’s been a shocking service since my parcel didn’t arrive within the 5-7 day deliver that they express on the website. They also don’t offer tracking off the parcel which I think is very odd. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

We use Royal Mail first class delivery that doesn’t come with tracking, sorry for the delay with your parcel I have issued you a full refund and you can keep the items when they turn up :)

Terrible experience

Terrible experience , order accepted on Sunday, money taken straight away.
No response to numerous e mails/messages and then message arrived Wednesday to say order refunded- no explanation, nothing.
Money has not reached my account !!!
Advise to steer clear at all costs.

Placed an order on the 1st of December

Placed an order on the 1st of December, hadn't recieved so i sent and email to the support they said it should be with me by the Wednesday still haven't received i have since then emailed support to have no contact back! Its terrible especially when this is an xmas gift for someone!!!

Received email yesterday saying some…

Received email yesterday saying some items in your order have been refunded, which would be both items. No explanation as to why & no mention on the email when the refund can be expected in my account, though I see the company posting on other people's feedback claiming otherwise! If you're upfront people value that & wouldn't have any basis for leaving negative feedback!

Don’t trust this site

Placed an order on the 6th of December, and have just now received an email saying my order was cancelled. Yesterday I emailed support asking when my items would be dispatched and was told it would be today. Obviously I was lied to as it has been cancelled today. I wonder when the refund will come through. Now I have less time to find gifts...

Placed an order on Saturday

Placed an order on Saturday, order approved and money taken. Received an email today, Wednesday, saying my money had been refunded but with no explanation. Contacted the support email address to be told again that my money would be refunded within 3 days, again without any explanation. Finally had it confirmed they have cancelled and cannot fulfil my order. Now have to find another present. Poor customer service.

Placed order on the website, received confirmation of order, money taken from account. All good until today I received a refund for the order with no explanation as to why. Took a chance using these as it was only something small, I recommend using more familiar branded sites as this in my opinion is very poor, especially as the site can no longer be accessed until after Christmas.
