THE PHOTOGRAPH ON THE SITE ARE BEAUTIFUL AND STYLE IS GREAT BUT THEY SENT YOU CHEAP AND THIN DRESS !!!!!!!!!!!! I was highly disappointed with their clothing !!!!! A dress that was advertised, when I received it, the item looked NOTHING like what they advertised. It looked as if they found the cheapest knockoff camo print available and passed it off The clothes are an entirely different material than marketed. Very thin and cheap. I ordered a jogger set and you can feel the sequins on the inside of the bottoms, horrible quality. They also sent a 2x bottom and Xl top. I cannot wear the 2x and I'm a size 16/18. Three outfits at 120.00 and I cannot wear them and the quality is horrible! I can only imagine how long this will take to sort out considering I just received this order over a month after ordering. I emailed them several times for a refund and still no luck!! I went online and I found their CUSTOMER TEAM HELP WHICH IS ₑᵢᘜₕₜ ᖴₒᵤᵣ ᖴᵢᵥₑ ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ I reach out to the company on March 15, because I have got the WRONG shipment their customer service was awesome in getting my return information and amount back from this company .but their clothing is HORRIBLE!!! I will never spend another brown penny with them EVER! DONT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A CON... you order from their beautiful stock and if you actually receive anything it’s the wrong size and the quality is cheap and shoddy, nothing like what you ordered. And if you manage to get any money back at all it won’t be 100%,
After 4 months of constant emails I managed to get 80% back, the first offer was 20%.... they are a joke...

BEWARE!! I had almost identical experience to another reviewer, Janet Davies, except when I contacted customer service, the man on the phone was asking me to install an app that would allow remote computer access so he could send me a refund order ticket.... When I questioned the security of the remote computer access, he said that the company would not try to take info off my computer as they are trying to get a good rating from the USA's BBB. That didn't convince me & I hung up the phone. "Beware

Ordered a sequined coat for New Year’s Eve received the ugliest orange fake velvet duster which looks like a bathrobe.(... )Did I mention this awful thing cost way less than the sequined cost? Contacted them with a ‘no’ - give me the coat or a full refund. Crickets. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - ANOTHER COMPANY USING THE SAME MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN CHINA AS DOZENS DO."

Horrible terrible experience with us company, I ordered on bla I Friday an two weeks ago I received items I wouldn’t give to my fkn enemy an these items were intended for love ones I SPENT MY MF MONEY AN I EMAILED THESE MF’s an I haven’t gotten one single response . BUT THEY THINK THEY HEARD THE LAST OF ME. I should’ve checked here before placing my order ....

I should have read the reviews first...DONT buy from this site....still waiting 6 weeks later...happy to take the money in a flash though. Avoid this site!!!!

I tried to be fair and not sterotype. but this is either a scam business or novice business. Ordered boots that was advertised as being size 12, American 12 (european 45). I received a small size 9 - european 43. Always check rating history when dealing with pacific asian markets.

If you're ordering something online always remember to review it first especially if you're making a sizable purchase from one main company make sure it's a real company! I'm trying to have HOPE, the beginning of December I made a sizable purchase, I will try to leave a picture of what I ordered but have not received nor have I received a refund nor an email about a refund and now I'm learning that they are not even a real company? I am going to figure out how to turn them in to the BBB because this is not fair for them ripping people off I live Check to Check and even if someone does have money it's not good karma and it's not right to rip people off but I personally! Do not have the freaking money to be ripped off I am livid right now this is not right!

I ordered some boots that had the credit card billed to Fiona Secret. This is the only way I know this company name. The order-related emails have the name Manushapes, which must be some related scam outfit. Every link in the emails is dead so there's no way to track or reply to anything. My boots did finally arrive but size 9 instead of the size 12 that I ordered. No way to contact to address the issue.

Too late and the company is a fraud with many names. I ordered a spaniel that was shown walking and doing tricks from online. It came in a bag, no instructions and does nothing, the legs do not move. I am trying to cancel my charge $25.98 It is not worth the postage to send back and who knows where to send it to.

I tracked the package. It says delivered.
It was NOT delivered!!!!
If not received in a few days, I will ask for a REFUND!!!

I am so terribly disappointed in this company Fionasecret!!! The secret is A BATE AND SWITCH SCAM! THE PICTURES ON LINE ARE FROM MANY CLOTHING COMPANIES I RECOGNIZED VICTORIAS SECRET OLDER PHOTOS AND ARRATA FASHIONS...
I OREDERED A TAILORED BLUE GRAY VELVET JACKET WITH FORM AND A BELT/SASH...I recieved a horrible blue velvet horrible large sack with wings for lapels!!!!
Then I ordered a green Velvet coat with a red burgundy lambs wool collar....I recieved a green velvet dress that is very old fashioned and not at all something I would wear out!
I bought a blue and cream burnout velvet coat with ivory mink collar and cuffs...What I received is a potato sack hoodie with horrible flowers in navy blue raspberry and olive green gray....Fake fur collar is the worst cheapest quality!!! I am truly upset...
DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA!!!!!

I have to rate you 1 star to be able to write this review although you really do not deserve this for your poor service and promis. I ordered a fabulous coat and receive a thing that is not worth calling a coat. It is horrible!!! It might be used to polish my car, but thats it!

Ordered a jacket.waited weeks for it to come.Definitely
NOT what l ordered.Very poor quality. Web page unavailable. E mailed them to send me return details. NO answer from them.DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.Wouldn't give any stars for them but had to to write this review.Left with a very overpriced , cheap ,cardigan which l do not want.AVOID .

I would have given zero stars if it had been an option. The dress I received bears some resemblance to the photo of the dress I ordered but it is definitely not the same dress. I am beyond disappointed. For the price I paid, I expected that there would not be embroidery and that the dress wouldn’t be as full on the bottom. The cut of the dress I received is straight , like a Moroccan kaftan. The dress in the picture has full , billowy sleeves and a full billowy bottom. The printed pattern that replaces the embroidery misses the mark completely. The cut of the dress and the fabric are all wrong. The phrase “bait and switch” comes to mind. I will not be ordering from Fiona’s Secret ever again.

I paid and recieved a confirmation on my order 1 month ago.
Still have NOT recieved my dress. Wrote to Fiona Secret 3 times without an answer.
This must be a fake profile.
