Took about an hour to deliver, when I phoned them they said delivery driver was stuck in traffic (really? On a scooter). The pizza was hard and chewy, garlic bread was the same. The pizza was stingy with the toppings. Epic fail for my first time and last time.

The fact that they do not make it in the store is a red flag 🚩 an for the food portion is crazy for nine pounds I had to look at it like they can’t be real an if I could show you I would an I’m in the store rn writing a review bc this is not it at all an no refunds is mad

Over expensive for below average quality food. When order on Justeat they disabled the map so you can't track them.

Claiming a free pizza for National Pizza sounds a scam, just for gathering personal data really, maybe a dirty trick!
Signed up, but never received the code for a free pizza, it says, error 404, that means 'a server could not find a client-requested webpage.'

Orderd but on get one free, the order arrived almost two hours late, no apologies, the driver was indifferent, not even a hI or thank you. Appalling.
The pizza's order were chicken and found out that it is not actually chicken...it is in fact dIced "TOFU"
The texture was rubbery and with no taste at all. I have had Tofu and i Halloumi...this so called chicken was a cross between these two products.
Shameful, as not advertised. is fake chicken. But charged for reak chicken.
Buyers be aware, worst tasting pizza i have ever had. NEVER AGAIN. STAY WELL AWAY GUYS.
You have been warned...its your hard earned money.

Very small size pizza for a large one & the sause is not at at all at my expectation (no taste) and dry pizza with a little sauce on it !?? Not happy at my first experience to try it in sunburry Cross (west london)

The pizzas are amazing and the staff delivers a 5 star service.

The Burnham on Sea, Somerset take-away, are really helpful and friendly. Food is good, hot and well presented.

We visited the Swindon store passing through.
There was 5 of us and we actually went in and ordered more!
The pizzas were incredible!
The crispy chicken was gorgeous.
Not to mention the Nutella & fruit pizza!!!

Amazing food, amazing people. Nowhere else will you get that level of hospitality. The guy even gave me a free cookie.

Let me set the stage: I was craving pizza. Not just any pizza, but a warm, cheesy slice of heaven. What I got instead was a cardboard Frisbee of disappointment. This wasn’t pizza—it was a crime against humanity.

The crust? Oh, where do I begin? It was simultaneously burnt and soggy, an engineering feat of culinary disaster. It had the texture of an old shoe and the flavor of regret. I’ve had more satisfying bites of styrofoam packing peanuts.

The sauce was another abomination. Was it ketchup? Tomato paste mixed with despair? Whatever it was, it had the tang of something that expired during the last Ice Age. I’m convinced they seasoned it with salt tears of failed dreams.

The cheese—if you could even call it that—was a rubbery, congealed mass that stuck to my teeth like it was trying to hold me hostage. It didn’t melt so much as solidify into a nightmare. I peeled it off and could swear I heard it scream.

And the toppings? I ordered pepperoni, but what arrived were sad little discs of something resembling meat, glistening with an unholy sheen of grease. They tasted like betrayal.

To top it off, the delivery driver forgot my drink and gave me a look that suggested he hated the pizza as much as I did. Frankly, I can’t blame him.

The problem I have with their pizzas is the lack of ingredients. I always order the ham and pineapple, and last time I had slices with no pineapple. I now just go to the likes of Morrisons and get two ham and pineapple pizzas for a fiver, when on special.

40 minutes late - no apology or explanation from the takeaway or driver. Food was cold and stale, had to microwave the pizza and couldn’t even eat the chicken. Ordered this for my partners birthday and was really disappointed. Won’t be ordering again
