This company is FRAUDULENT
I Ordered an Emergency Fire Blanket 12 pack $155.88 on 11/18/2025. Order confirmation stated updates will be provided, as well as tracking information, respond to this message with any questions.
All efforts to obtain status or refund from this company via telephone, email, or website have went unanswered.
SCAM

I placed an order Dec 10,2025. I received a confirmation email and order #. The payment was placed and processed. Then nothing.
No response to any email on status of the order. Order does not appear online based on the order number, and phone calls result only on "no team members available".
No product, not response.....definitely a scam!

I ordered 4 blankets on 11/29. They charged my card immediately and never delivered the blankets, never cancelled the order, never refunded me.

Terrible experience with FireBlanket Inc. Placed my order in Nov. They took my $ via cc but never shipped my order. They haven't responded to numerous email messages and their phone # doesn't work to speak to anyone. They claim to be from Sacramento, CA but I also see they're from Cheyenne. Stay away... do not buy!

Ordered 4 blankets on 11/25/2025 and received an order confirmation. The charges hit my credit card the same day as ordered. I have not received the product and cannot get a status. I have emailed twice, called and texted. No response. I would give a zero rating if possible. The Trust Pilot logo on their order confirmation email is 4.5 - Don’t trust that!

I made two orders to the amount of $184+. Never received it and had no response from the company.

I ordered the blankets on Dec 10th, 2025 and still have NOT received them. I emailed the company on Jan 3rd, 2026 and have had NO response. When I go to track my order, it reports that there is no order with my order number!!! Extremely frustrating! I have messaged, called,and used their website inquiry form and have heard nothing! I just now have text the company. Beware!!

Never received my order and I have emailed support three separate times with no response. Absolute scam of a company.

Just like other recent complaints, I placed an order for multiple blankets during a Cyber Monday special for Christmas gifts. My credit card was charged and I received confirmation emails with an order number that looked very legitimate, but product never arrived. I tried emailing in December as instructed on the website with no response. I tried calling the phone number today and every option said "The team is unavailable, goodbye". Maybe this is a scam, or maybe the company suddenly closed because there were other positive reviews. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company.

This company is a SCAM. they will take your money and will never ship product and will not reply to your requests for service. I'd give them a ZERO if I could. Will be reporting them to BBB as well and hoping they go out of business. Crooks.

ordered blankets in November 2025 - products have not arrived and no one will get back to my emails, no one will answer their phone!

I placed an order on December 10 for four blankets. I was immediately charged for the blankets and have never received the order nor any communication regarding the status of the order after multiple attempts via email text and phone calls. This evening I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint hoping that that will drive some communication back to me. The Better Business Bureau is the BBB of Northern Colorado and Wyoming. I would suggest anyone who has not received their blanket to submit a complaint.

This company is a scam. They will not process your order. They will not respond to you when you reach out to their customer service. Do not use this company as they will screw you over too.

I give 0 if I could. I order the 6 pack for $89.94 on Nov 25th 2025. I sent 2 emails to the companies contact email with no replies. These were to be Christmas gifts for my adult children. As of Dec. 29th 2025 I have not received them. I paid with my Amazon credit card & today I contacted Amazon & they are refunding my $. At least some companies stand by their customers. Fireblanket.com is NOT one of them.

I ordered 6 fire blankets on 11/29 and have received no shipment details or ETA of when I should receive. I have left 2 messages with their customer service phone number along with emailing them over the past 3 weeks and have received no response. No response, no blankets.

I placed an order on 11/30 and was immediately charged and received an email stating estimated delivery date was 12/7 but that I would receive an additional email when the product ships. I received absolutely no communication after that and no product ever showed up. I ordered directly from fireblanket.com. Over the course of two weeks I emailed twice, called twice, and filled out the form on the fire blanket website. No one ever responded. I never did receive the product and I had to contest the charge through my bank to get my money back.

Ordered over a month ago and never received items. I was charged immediately and was unable to reach any sort of customer service for a refund.
