WHAT A SCAM! I never received the Paid for Unit I ordered and paid for last year august (2018). When contacting them the same message appeared even now in March 2019! What a Rip off ... SCAM Company the smiley dace at the bottom of there email is clearly just a "bird" in disguise!

Due to extremely high volumes of orders recently there has been a delay getting all of these shipped, but we can assure you that you'll receive your order by early August 26th 2018 at the very latest

Send ny order in June and haven 't recived it. When i write an e-mail they answer that it Will come at tage end pdf august.....we ære One in november 😠

Yes they are scammers and if you want your money back go to shopify and lodge a complaint took me 5 mins off live chat to get it started, no money yet but shopify state they can get it as Firefashionshop is one of their customers

This is a scam site. I never recieved my order. They claim it was delivered and may be at a neighbor. You can not reach them because it seems the site is down. Do not order from them

I ordered my items months ago in June and never received them. I emailed them twice and waited at least 5 business days for a response and no response. This was 100% a scam. Very disappointed in their customer service (or lack of customer service)

I placed a order for the double lead at the beginning of August it is now October still haven’t received my item, I have sent numerous emails the answer to those emails is due to high demand we are running behind and your item will be with you on the 26 August I was sending these emails in September what is going on, all I can say fraud alert fraud aler.

This company did not send my order.
I was able to get a complete refund via my bank as I paid on my credit card though.
But be very wary.

Don’t order from these people. They claim to have sent my order but after 6 weeks I’ve received nothing. They ignore emails but will happily take your money.

this is a scam , after countless emails going back 2 months i received an e mail that it was delivered ...never arrived

Two months since I placed an order and so far no goods received. No response to my emails or messages. Do not buy from this company.

It's been a month since I ordered my product and have emailed them twice for an update as to when I will receive my order I have not received and information this website is a scam do not buy anything from them

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS....

I PLACED A SMALL ORDER ON THE 13TH JULY (ORDER NUMBER 32560), THE WEBSITE STATES 8-10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY. TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING AND I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS CHASING MY ORDER OR AT LEAST A REFUND, AND NO REPLY TO ANYTHING!!

THEIR LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK ON THEIR WEBSITE..
