It's a good app, but since it doesnt understand italian i wanted to delete it. Now it still gets added to all my meetings ! It's a massive problem.

Very invasive, joins meeting without invitation, provides access to my meetings transcripts to my colleagues who log in from the same domain. Do not recommend.

I would have put zero if it was an option, an employee clicked into something with this fireflies label but it used his email as sender in Google and it is now intrusive in all communications which are proprietary in nature. It sends emails to all employees labeled as an internal user. This system configures itself and will disrupt all communication. STAY AWAY! Appears to be a high security risk

This has been THE most painful subscription I've ever had to deal with. First, they couldn't find my subscription, even though I gave them the account to which it was transferred 6 months ago.

Then I was told that if I provided the last 4 digits of my credit card on file, the migration to my new email account could happen. Wrong again.

Now, I'm being told that I must have an admin at my old domain approval the migration, even though I have full access to my old email account to which the subscription is assigned. It's not my company's information - it's mine. I paid for the subscription and established the email account to us.

I'll be cancelling and going with another provider when my annual subsciption expires.

Very intrusive, I clicked on a fireflies link in a google meeting for curiosity, and then just logged in with my account, didn't configure anything and then forgot about it. Fireflies then intrusively joined in multiple of my follow up meetings, including a company wide all hands, although I never configured it to do that.

The app itself was good and did what it needed to but OMG the cancellation process was a nightmare. Only the buttons to upgrade were enabled - the cancel one was greyed out and I could not cancel on my own. I had to contact support on 2 different occasions before I could do that, and I was also billed during the process. I HATE companies that do not allow you to control your own account and make you jump through hoops to cancel and manage your own account. BEWARE!!

The focus on summarizing meetings and highlighting tasks is a a real game changer.

Fireflies completely changed the way I operated, It let you concentrate on the discussion rather than the note taking and you can add module that improves your efficiency identifying key information from the conversation helping qualifying leads and customer needs that can then be automatically transfered into a CRM.

As a Community Health Worker, I’ve found Fireflies.AI to be an incredibly helpful tool in my daily work. The standout feature for me is its HIPAA compliance—a must-have in my field, and something I haven’t seen offered by other AI note-taking platforms.
The features are thoughtfully designed and allow me to focus fully on supporting my clients without worrying about manually taking notes. It captures conversations accurately and organizes them in a way that’s easy to review later.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price—it’s a bit steep, especially for individual users or smaller organizations. That said, the value it provides in terms of time saved and improved documentation is undeniable.

Meeting notes are very accurate, not perfect around 95 percent. Which is better than I do trying to write the notes myself.

The ease of the process, from the recordings to the notes afterwards. High quality, high standards and just makes my job much, much easier
