Sauces good, if they arrive intact.
Have ordered from them twice,
Sauces are good
Last order arrived with one in three items one of the three items was smashed on arrival,
And after informing them of this there was no resolution offered.

Sauces weren’t particularly great…
Sauces weren’t particularly great tasting when considering the cost and also very watery in consistency. Same for the rubs - just a bit bland. Just pretty average all told, and no better than cheaper products on Amazon.

Item a lot smaller than standard BBQ rubs (i.e 1/3 the size), but same price. Took nearly 5 days just to ship it. I won't use them again.

I recently had an experience with sharon at firefly and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. sharon was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the BBQs and accessories I was inquiring about. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, answer all of my questions and recommend the correct parts. What really stood out to me was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, my experience with firefly was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

Actually bought twice from FFB now
Actually bought twice from FFB now, once for a friend which I managed as a surprise for their 40th and once for myself recently for some replacement parts for my Monolith Classic.
Each time the service, communication and support has been exceptional.
Most recently they prevented me from buying something wrong for my classic as I had assumed something which turned out to be wrong.
Fantastic company, essentially moving forward if it's BBQ related and I can buy it here I will before trying anywhere else.
Love it.

I contacted delivery company directly (Parcelforce) using tracking info provided and they confirmed order had not been received from firefly. Untrustworthy drop shippers.
