Well sent an email to "service@" as per…

Well sent an email to "service@" as per their site I got to from moneysupermarket. Got ticket automatically saying gone to support team with number. Nect I hear is a ticket saying "How did we do?" as title, and "t was a pleasure working with you recently on case #01095798". Well what can I say........ I am now guessing if you are thinking of joining and have a qquestion don't bother asking "support" as they clearly only answer from members and if you have joined, good luck, and you were mad!
