Product was ordered on Dec 6 but has not yet arrived a month later. Tracking is not updating.

Ordered this item via Amazon ....then Amazon said it was delivered on the 4th January....I then contacted Amazon and told them it wasn't delivered and after a investigation It was confirmed it wasn't delivered and apparently Amazon said its rare this happens
So can someone explain how a driver scans this item and says its delivered when they can't even find it
Either that this Company never sent it or the driver has Pinched this item

I purchased nearly $350 in goods for four products. Received two of the four promptly and the other two were lost in transit while shipping from mainland China. The company has not responded to my complaint. I'll never buy from them again, all others beware - don't buy from FIRE MAPLE!

I wanted this light weight titanium stove the first time I saw it, but found it too expensive for what it was. When it went on sale for 33% off, I jumped on the deal and purchased it. So glad I did as it is light weight and very effective when using a flat alcohol burner. I would purchase again, but this time would not hesitate even at full price as it fits nicely in my ultralyte backpack set up. Thank you!

Let me say, I really enjoy the lantern, but the pan l just order is a game changer! The only thing l hate is that l didn't know about it earlier.!

I really like fire maple equipment it’s affordable and just works. It really doesn’t matter what you pay for an item if it doesn’t function properly but if it works great and is at a fair price even better. Fire maple stuff falls in to that category.

Ordered the Mars after the long wait from being out of stock-love it so far! Ordered the press for coffee to go with it…doesn’t fit or work for with the mars…disappointing.also bought the cup/bowl. Seems good.

Ordering was a breeze and it was received in a timely fashion.
I have been wanting one of the stoves for some time and finally ordered one with the adapter to use 1 pound propane tanks. Worked well, and the ability to make coffee, ramen noodles or oatmeal was a nice treat for the deer stand.

Everything I’ve ever orders has arrived on time and in perfect order. Products are really solid.

Burns through gas but works pretty well cooking up breakfast in the duck blind

Fast shipping and great products can’t wait to use my stove and pot out on the trail. The pot heats water to boiling in a short amount of time

Great quality especially for the price, I brought the petrel set and table so impressed will definitely be getting more from fire maple in the future

Found your site and looked it over. Decided to get my son a G2 and then added the Greenpeak stove and fuel stand package.
I was truly happy and as he is starting boy scouts and needs to backpack. This was perfect instead on hodgepodging something together. With the discount it makes it a great buy to lighten his load and more importantly, keeps his kit in one bag. Boys can easily just toss their things haphazard into the backpack if it wasn't so easy. The thought behind this was a key point in buying from you. When it arrived we set it up. Well within the next couple days I purchased the Star 2 Pro for me and also the 125 & a Cookware Set for around camp when we aren't on the run. I don't need the 125 and Cookware set as I have a larger 2 burner and a carry stove plus cookware but I was that impressed. The jetboil was just too much to purchase for a 12 yr old on his journey in Scouts. The fact you have the O-rings and starters for the stoves is outstanding amd this will last him through it and beyond. As a professional chef for longer than I'll admit, I know my way around stoves and Cookware. It won't be the last time I purchase your products and already have recommendationed it to my camping community & others. I'm not seeing anything to nitpick over either at this point. I've seen reviews and find their nitpicking and counting seconds and grams pretty amuzing. Ya'll should be pretty proud of your products if that's all they have. I was hauling camping gear 5x the weight these pansy UL backpackers carry and twice as far. June was also great and fast in customer service with a question I had.

The thread has broken; it's not properly secured by design. Used three times and ready to be thrown away.

Big big fan!! Why spend more money on other brands? Fire Maple is amazing! Used the GreenPeak stove w/igniter & the UL 600 pot on the JMT for 23 days! It was perfect! Now a friend is going to buy the same set!

Absolutely love my pot and kettle. Thoughtfully designed.

Replaced an old jetboil with a Fire Maple Polaris & whilst away on first trip it developed a serious fault. On my return messaged Fire Maple and with just a few exchange messages to ascertain issues Fire Maple had despatched a replacement unit. Start to finish 3 days later new Polaris in my possession for my next trip. Brilliant customer service & great value products, very happy customer !!
