Items Missing - although resolved
Order arrived incomplete, with two items missing. Due to confirmed issues with the phone system at Firepot, it proved rather difficult to contact them for 3/4 days, email not answered during that time. Someone finally picked up the phone on day four after the incomplete order arrived and explained the issue with the phone lines. The remaining items were shipped that day and arrived two days later. I've given 5 stars here as everyone should be afforded some level of understanding when things don't go to plan immediately, although quite concerning that the order picker and packer missed 2 items of an eight item order! I'd be invested in sorting that issue out with staff ASAP. Will it put me off ordering directly with them again? No, because it's the first time this has happened with multiple previous orders, although if it happened again I'd likely order through a third party.
