Good overall service
A little slow on the initial setup for my Hyperbox however, now it's online and after some initial queries that were answered swiftly I am happy with the overall service.
Network speeds and specs are as advertised.
Rock Solid from Day One
As a sysadmin, I'm pretty picky when it comes to infrastructure and performance and I have to say, this cloud gaming provider has seriously impressed me. Their 24/7 gaming desktops are rock solid, with no session timeouts (unlike most I've used in the past, such as Shadow). Ping is consistently excellent (UK based, which helps), and performance is top notch.
Tech support? Spot on, quick and knowledgeable. I’ve had zero issues that weren’t sorted quickly and professionally. Feels like a service run by people who actually get what gamers want. Setting up Moonlight or Parsec can be a bit tricky for non-technical users, but they provide solid guides to help.
I’ve even spun up extra machines for LAN events when friends with weaker rigs needed a boost seamless setup and no drama. I've since set up Moonlight on old thin client hardware for rapid deployments at future LANs, to use in combination with Firecloud Gaming Boxes.
A+ from me. Can’t fault the service so far. It just works.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. When I bought a Hyper Box, I entered all my details including my card, clicked pay, the money was withdrawn, but the website showed an error saying the anti-bot checkbox wasn’t checked — even though I did check it. Support hasn’t responded for days. I’ll be requesting a chargeback through my bank. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM

First time use case
This text was translated from Gemini from German to English. I reviewed the text and it is that what I wanted to say
I have intensively tested the Fire Power Cloud for a whole day. I have a Basic Box and a Gaming Box.
Let's start with the Basic Box.
I host an Emby server on the Basic Box. This has a network hard drive from home integrated. Movies and series are stored there. The Basic Box also had to work hard right away. A 4K movie was streamed and transcoded to 1080p. This worked flawlessly and without any problems! While I was using the Gaming Box, my series was also running on the TV streamed directly from the Basic Box. There was not a single error, stutter, or any other problems. I would give 5 out of 5 stars in my use case!
Gaming Box
I tortured this one. Benchmarks, games, streaming. Everything worked great. I live in Northern Germany and have a ping of 20ms to 30ms to the data center in England. I used the Steam Deck the most and set the stream to 80 MBit/s in Moonlight. The codec used was AV1. I didn't even have lag! It ran super smoothly and it felt like I was playing locally. The performance is not the highest, but sufficient. You will be able to play Monster Hunter Wilds very well on it. Even 1440p would be possible. From emulation to most Steam games, it runs and without any problems. I would also give 5 out of 5 stars here!
There was a small outage once, but only for 3 minutes. This probably affected the data center itself, as both boxes were down.
According to my observations, the support is run by the two admins. They are happy to help, are friendly and quickly find a solution. Tickets are also processed on Sundays. In general, everything about the service feels very personal, as if you are asking a friend for help instead of a company. The support also gets 5 out of 5 stars, of course!
I am very satisfied with Fire Power and will use the service permanently. I am excited to see what will be built in the future!

Second to none product & support
I've been using FirePowerCloud for a couple of years and always found the service to be excellent. Recently they upgraded the product and this caused a few stability issues but the level of service throughout the problems was superb. Very happy to say everything is back to normal but now with a much faster upgraded product for the same price. Really cannot fault the product, service or friendliness of the staff. If you are considering a cloud PC option, you can't go far wrong with FirePowerCloud.

Update
Well I finally got a reply from FPC.
It's probably easier to sum up the main points:
A fulsome apology;
Assurances that they will do better next time;
A full refund of what I'd paid this month;
Free use of the service for this month;
A free upgrade to 1tb of storage
And yes I got my money back and my "new" PC is running quite happily with its extra storage.
So, so far so good.
But the true test is what happens over the coming months.
If you go in with your eyes open the actual service is very good - when available and working.
But my advice to anyone considering FPC is this:
Take each month one at a time;
Don't get involved in any lengthy contracts or automatic billing;
Don't keep any confidential data on your FPC;
Make sure any data you can't afford to lose is backed up outside of FPC

Awesome service... you need to look at it
Using Firepower (specially the OfficeBox) since about 2 years. I was always very happy with it. Using it regulary. Of course the GPU is a desktop one, but the rest is quite powerful. For daily work (private and business) it is quite a really great addition (also when you are on the road with a tablet, I use it with a GalaxyTab S8 Ultra).
Also the support is awesome. Very polite, most of the time very fast and really accommodating.
But most of the time I don't have really a lot to do with the support since everything works great.
BTW it is also good as game server since you get an public IP. :-)
And of course the price is totally worth it. For a full blown Windows 10 Pro Desktop you don't find anything that matches the price tag.

Fire Power Cloud: A Few Rough Patches, but Overall Great Value.
Fire Power Cloud is a great service, and very good value for money for what you get. I have the Office Box, which is the main (and only official) offering currently, and, most of the time, it works great for my uses, which are mainly web hosting, email hosting, and general storage/a mobile, easy access PC.
The price is £11.99 a month, and the box I have is based in Germany, though there are datacenters elsewhere (e.g UK) which should be active too. I have been with the service for a little under a year now, so have fully experienced all there is with it, good and bad.
In terms of specs, my Box (and I think all boxes now) have 4 cores of a Ryzen 5950x, which is an upgrade from 2 cores previously, and is definitely more than sufficient for all uses I can see people realistically getting this for, as it doesn't come with a dedicated GPU, so is limited to more lightweight activities anyway.
The internet speeds are advertised as a gigabit connection with a maximum of 750mbps down/up. In reality, I've experienced around 300mbps down and 80mbps up for the majority, which, again, for my main uses are still very fast and sufficient for downloads.
There have been several periods of downtime, however, that have been quite annoying, and ranged between a few days, and a month, and downgraded this review to 4 stars, though this was during the Pandemic, and I have been assured these will stop as things begin to stabilise, and I fully believe this to be the case.
Furthermore, the advertised response time for tickets is a little misleading, as some have taken over a week to respond to at times. Although this can also be attributed to the pandemic and general shortages, it is something to watch out for if you ever have issues, though isn't a dealbreaker for me.
Overall, despite some negative reviews, this service is one I hope to see continue to grow and thrive in the future, as it is great value for money, and, though has went through some rough patches, I believe will come out of the other side stronger.
