The showroom has a substantial array of beautiful fires to meet individual’s taste and more importantly their pocket! No pushy sales talk, just given time to take in with additional guidance.
The gas fire l chose is absolutely fantastic, having the authenticity of a real log burner, and completely satisfied with my choice.
The installation, in terms of time, was excellent. Carl and Dan, the gas fitters, went out of their way to complete the installation, and wasted no time in getting the job completed in order for me to use during a cold February. Their expertise, hard work, and genuine friendly communication was exceptional. Carl went to great lengths to explain procedure on the fires use, in a clear and concise way.
Highly recommended!

Quality service from ordering through build to after-sales. Not many companies treat the customer with such respect, but Fireside Design do, and I can highly recommend them. Our order was quite difficult, but Paul and David knew exactly what I wanted and made it come to life. Thank you guys.

Fireside by Design were very helpful from my first visit to the showroom. The installation took place on the agreed date and the installers were very professional.

Do not order from this company. The fireplace arrived damaged. They first told me that this was normal. I checked with Stovax, who confirmed that there shouldn't be any scratches etc. FBD then agreed to replace the stove. This took weeks to organise, and I had to reschedule the instillation. When the burner was then returned, and I was awaiting delivery of a new one - they then cancelled the order. The reason they gave for this was that shipping was too expensive, and they didn't want to loose money paying for a replacement. A massive waste of time, I would not trust them if there was a warranty issue and suggest choosing a more reputable company.

Honestly one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with, extremely rude management who do not know how to speak to you like a human being. We thought supporting a local well established business would be a good thing but we were very unpleasantly surprised. Cannot fault the actual workers (in the shop, and attending home to complete the work) all very professional and trustworthy. However, if you expect communication, ease, and an ounce of respect, give elsewhere your time and money for a much better service.

Absolutely shocking ! My father law sadly passed away and left us some money we had always wanted a gas stove . So went to fireside by design as the seemed a good company . I was talked out of getting a gas to electric by the lady in shop .
we knew it would be messy this was an absolute understatement the mess was unbelievable not only in the living room but everything downstairs too . Walked up to toilet put nothing down just brickdust and rubbish everywhere even outside garden was a mess . So the chamber had been stuck together with side panels gaps left down sides and the granite hearth was all marked . I just wanted to cry and hate complaining but rang the shop guys came back couple of times and tried to fix chamber and it the end replaced the granite hearth which was still marked and 2 different colour peices. After sales was shocking did not
want to know! . So we just put up with what we had . it's absolutely ruined the whole living room and I carnt stand looking at it one minute longer so last couple years we had been saving up to try and replace it . We have now done a lot of research with other reputable fire 🔥 companies on the wirral and even
they where shocked at the pictures I have shown them . So am writing this now to save someone trusting this company and to save paying twice to get the fire you want .

He helped me through the ordering system also sending me the link to get the discount which was on the website.
The website is so well set out and easy to use.
The courier service whom delivered the fire was excellent the courier service you used was very good and highly recommended honestly - Jonny yourself and Fireside By Design and your operations courier service you use are outstanding to you and 🔥 fireside by design 10 Star if I could give you.

We wanted a log burner for ages and a friend had recommended Fireside by design.
All the staff in the showroom were so helpful and explained everything to us, we finally decided on the log burner and it was fitted 3 weeks later.
Our log burner was fitted by Shaun & Ant who were fantastic, they turned up on time covered all our furniture with dust sheets and kept us updated throughout the day on what was happening.
We can’t wait to light our new fire this evening!

Great experience with Fireside By Drsign from start to finish. Very helpful when we visited their showroom and helped us choose the right fire for our room and then came out to survey before providing the written quotation. They even came out again and provided advice when we were thinking of changing the position. The installation guys were really friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

From the first visit to the showroom the staff were so helpful, especially Jonny who talked me through all the different packages and helped me decide which package was best suited to my needs. The installers Ant and Danny arrived on time and answered all my questions, as I did go on a bit!! They were very helpful and explained everything to me. They got on with the installation, even getting on the roof in the pouring rain to put the liner in. They respected my property keeping the dust to a minimum, well as much as they could. They cleaned up after themselves and Ant explained how to use the log burner in great detail as I didn’t have a clue. On a phone call to them the following day Jonny also gave me tips on how to get the best out of the burner and said if I was unsure when I finally get round to using it (when winter arrives!) to phone the showroom and someone would come out and show me. All in all I can’t fault them at all, lovely service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of getting a log burner.

Bought a log burner from Fireside by design the people were so helpful and talked us through it.Today Dave and Paul came to install it and we couldn’t be more thrilled, they managed to to save our original marble fire surround and nothing was too much trouble. The room was left exceptionally clean and really couldn’t praise them enough. Definitely would recommend this company.

Choosing our new log burner was made super easy with the help from all the team at fireside by design. On our first visit to the showroom the reception team especially Gill were extremely helpful and provided lots of advice and gave us brochures to take away with us. Gill also arranged a surveyor to call and check measurements and see what we needed . The whole process was done professionally and a date was arranged for our chosen log burner to be fitted. The fire installers arrived on time and were absolutely brilliant. There was no mess, they left everywhere spotless, I can’t remember both of their names, I know one was call Dave. They were extremely courteous and polite and spent time with us to explained how to use our log burner. I couldn’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend Fireside by Design for anyone looking for a new fire.
