I have bought 6 pairs of glasses from…

I have bought 6 pairs of glasses from here so far this year! I am very satisfied overall. A pair of my more exclusive progressive glasses for driving do not really make me feel comfortable no matter how I adjust them. It is as if the reading part of the glasses is too high up in the glass so there is never really a clear focus at a distance. I have been to other glasses stores for this before and had it adjusted. I have not notified Firmoo of this yet as it has been a few weeks that I have tried to try, adjust and get used to it. But unfortunately, these are not good. I am very satisfied with all the other glasses. I hope I can get help with this pair even though it has been several weeks...
