In the shop Natalie was very helpful in guiding us in our purchase. The blind chosen was perfect and the price was reasonable. The blind arrived within 10 days and was expertly fitted. We were delighted by the whole experience. Thank you.

First for blinds are an awesome service.

Had a new roman blind fitted in our hallway. It looks fab and I am very pleased. All work was done on time and everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Dreadful customer service. Rude arrogant. Blind keeps breaking but apparently that’s what it’s supposed do So it’s our fault for trying to actually use it. Not fit for purpose. They lie to you saying the product doesn’t have a guarantee, told my partner they had fitted it the wrong way round (incompetent) and then after fixing it the first time denied it, then when you call them they just hang up on you.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

We approached First 4 Blinds initially for a quote for front window shutters. Quote was significantly higher than other local competitors.
We instead decided to purchase from them wooden blinds for the back windows.
A friendly and pleasant manager at the time of ordering and payment turned to rude and unprofessional at the point of after sales care.
Blinds look very standard with just string.
“If you only ask for blinds, you will only get blinds!” I was told.
We were told the tapes cost 20% more. We did not dispute the price and have no problem paying the additional cost, it would have been nice to be offered or suggested, especially by the manager of the company.
Phoned to request the tapes are added to be told that cannot be done and we would have to pay for the entire amount to be made again.
It can be done, but perhaps not worth their while to add it to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you wish to have tapes on your blinds for a quality finish you must remember to ask for them as disappointingly they will not be offered as part of the sales service, however, perhaps they will now ensure they offer to future customers after having read my review, oh and I expect there will be lots of wonderful 5 star reviews following mine to suggest I am their only dissatisfied customer. Quite often when Customer service is so poor customers just cannot be bothered to waste anymore time on that particular company.
Extremely glad that we did not spend £2.5k+ on their shutters!
