An excellent course on outdoor First Aid. Information was well-presented with lots of examples. Practical sessions very helpful in providing experience and giving confidence to tackle challenging ‘accidents’.

The 16 hr course felt so fast over the 2-days, with very short break, it played havoc with my diabetes management. Wish I attended a 3-day 18 hr first aid at work course, seems better value and more time to take info in.

Recently completed a 2 day Paediatric First Aid Course with Maggie and Phil. They were excellent facilitators who covered the content in a really engaging way. I have completed this course many times over my career and this is one of the best I have attended.

Excellent 2 day Outdoor First Aid course run through my work. Lots of scenarios to build confidence and provoke discussion. Deborah, our trainer, was fantastic, very experienced and pragmatic. I felt confident in dealing with an incident the very next morning.

The training course was delivered by Maggie magnificently she was first class throughout. Even when we had our own medical emergency she stayed fully focus and coached us throughout it. I would fully recommend anyone thinking of doing this to take this course and enjoy it cause we certainly did. Thank you Maggie you were amazing

Brilliant course . Very experienced course leader. Practice techniques . Considered life threatening and potentially life changing and other injuries and illness - where time is short and what you decide to do really makes a difference - even if the best is to call 999 and comfort the person . Don’t make a situation worse ! Really pleased we booked the course for our organisation and could run on site and excellent . Will be booking again .

A really great course. A huge amount to learn but the trainer was first class, with clear explanations and lots of energy and enthusiasm.

I’ve been to some really boring 2 day trainings before and this was not one of them, I didn’t zone out or feel bored at all and feel like I retained what I learned.

Another Outdoor First Aid course expertly delivered by Maggie from First Aid Academy. This was my fourth time with this company, but always new things to learn. Maggie was professional & engaging throughout, happy to answer any question, & plenty of laughs were had even though this is a serious subject. The outdoor practical parts are particularly useful in consolidating what has been learnt.
