Our bus driver, Craig, was professional, friendly and very safe. The bus was like the buses we all enjoyed as school children. A hoot!😇

Working with First Charter on the reservation was quick and easy and the team was nice and helpful during each interaction. The buses arrived timely, and it was easy working with the drivers however, they can do a little more by ensuring the buses are clean. The bus I was on needed some cleaning. Overall, good experience.

The bus confirmed for my trip never arrived and I was never notified it would not arrive as contractually obligated. I will never use nor recommend this company again. This was a huge liability for my wedding night as guests were expecting a safe ride back to their hotel.

First Charter Bus Rental, from the moment I call them they were concern with want they could do for me and want types of arrangements I needed. I spoke with Lori and Matt at the Anoka office and finalized reservations, date, time, and place. Our driver was Michael D., he was on time picking us up, very friendly, helped us with want every we needed. On the ride to the CHS Field, we felt safe and comfortable. When the game was over Michael was parked right where he said he would be to pick us up. All-in-all it was a much enjoyable day thanks to you, First Charter Bus Rental. Our bus driver was timely, helpful, and made this a good experience.

There was no GPS or anything on the bus, and because of that our guests were helping them on their phone, and ended up being very late getting here.

The pickups went decent. Were a few minutes late each time, but otherwise good.

We were provided with a phenomenal, friendly, safe bus driver for our field trip from Maple Grove to Minneapolis this month. She was quite helpful and kind to our group of homeschool kids and parents. While the process to reserve the bus was a little tricky, we couldn't be happier with the end result.

The driver was super! He knew exactly where the group needed to be! He was prompt and very attentive. He made the trip a good experience for the participants.
