Awfully unprofessional

Unable to travel due to the conflict in the region, flights cancellation, siatuation beyond one's control...Contacted First Class Property management regarding the accommodation. Kindly asked to change the dates. They bluntly refused. Declined even trying to resolute. Many similar reviews have suddenly disappeared since yesterday.
