So welcoming and understanding! They were amazing from the moment we walked into the clinic.
They made me feel at ease, excited and less nervous. They also including my son in every thing whilst doing the scan.
The gentleman doing my scan, was amazing. He answered all my questions and showed us so much of our little one! I still can't believe how much you are able to see.
Literally love this company and the people who work here. We've been three times now, once with my older son to find out his gender then twice with our recent pregnancy! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Also a big shout out to the gentleman on the desk, I can't remember his name but he was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience fantastic from the beginning.

Te best clinic with the most amazing attitude to their patients. Starting from the approach on the phone to the end. So glad I found them. Recommend with all my heart!

We visited on my first pregnancy and came back for the second pregnancy yesterday so my little girl could see her brother/sister to make her feel included & feel more real.
From start to finish we were welcomed and the whole experience was positive and exciting for us all. We had the secret gender, growth and well-being scan, everything was explained in depth before entering the room and the screen was kept off whilst they looked at gender but the sonographer kept talking and letting us know the heartbeat was good and she would be turning the screen on asap.
It didn’t feel rushed at all & every measurement they took was explained. They kept my little girl involved and engaged too which was lovely.
When we left the room they arranged everything for us, printed pictures and had bags of free gifts with bottles and pregnancy vitamins.
We would definitely visit again. Thankyou all at first encounters x

I felt really welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman on reception was absolutely lovely.

The girls doing the scan were also fantastic, talking me through the checks they were doing.

It was just a really positive experience and I would definitely return. I even came away with a bag of goodies.

Really great experience. Hannah, the sonographer, was so kind and patient. All the staff were wonderful. Really appreciated the late night opening hours. Will be back.

Beautiful clean professional clinic. Mandy was brilliant on phone when I called to enquire. When we got there she talked us through everything. 3 printed pictures and videos and images to download. Definitely worth the money. Especially if your unsure of your dates and don't want to wait past 12 weeks with nhs. Will be booking gender scan in 9 weeks! Also smells absolutely amazing in there!

I went to the appointment petrified I was going to get bad news again. The receptionist explained everything. That the TV would be off so that the sonographer could check the pregnancy first. Within seconds Ben turned the screen on and told me Exactly what was going on and that baby bean was healthy. I was then given 3 printed scan photos and a video of the heart beat. Ben instanantly made me fel at ease. I left feeling so relived and happy. Can't wait to book my gender scan

Amazing experience! The staff from arrival were so friendly and welcoming. I really felt at ease even though I was so nervous!
The sonographer was incredible! Within seconds the main screen was on and we were able to see a little heart beating.

Staff are fantastic. So friendly, welcoming and informative. I have had private scans for all 3 of my of my pregnancies and each time has been a lovely experience.

The minute i arrived i felt welcome , the 4d scan was amazing and was so reassuring . Came away with a lovely gift bag of goodies and had such lovely photos .

Absolutely amazing! With the most amazing welcome from the whole team ben the sonographer was amazing even thou baby wasn’t playing ball until i laid completely flat! The attention to detail was second to none! Would 1000% recommend first encounters ultrasound in a heart beat! The free gifts were a great little touch! Well done all

We went for our second scan with First Encounters recently and the experience was equally as amazing each time. The staff are so warm, welcoming and professional. Warren is absolutely brilliant! I’d highly recommend First Encounters, we have had an early reassurance scan and a gender and well being scan. Each one was beautiful and magical, I can’t wait to book our 4D scan in a few weeks! Thank you everyone at First Encounters, you all do excellent work!

Such an amazing experience - I went to first encounters after having some concerns after some bleeding. They were fantastic. Warren was so lovely, reassuring and welcoming and really put my mind at ease. Chris (the sonographer) was very kind and knowledgeable. He told me that he found a heartbeat straight away which put my mind at ease. They even gave us a goodie bag at the end which was a really nice touch and our pictures (included 3 printed) were all part of the price.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and we'll be back for our gender scan.

Lovely welcome when I arrived for my early scan. All staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease, everything was thoroughly explained and I was given the chance to ask any questions I may have had.
