Yep - Scam. They claimed to be KLM but are not. So far, it looks like my ticket is booked, which is good. However it looks like they marked it up ~$250 over what KLM would have charged.

They are imposters. they claimed to be Aeromexico Airlines. They aren’t,

They use fake names. I should have known since they have a thick Spanish accent when they speak.

They even Insult you & mock you.
Yes, they actually giggle while you ask them to cancel a transaction that has been inflated.

They will mislead you and will charge you an inflated amount.

I had been forced to call my bank to report the fraud and the airline as well since they are misrepresenting them and my neighbor who is sm FBI agent has asked me to file a complaint after reading all the bad reviews.

I was called “crazy” I had been harassed and threatened as well.

I missed my return flight to Las Vegas, i tried to confirm it at the airport but no one helped me, so i looked up online airline help desk and dialed a number somehow i was get connected with First fly travel. I ask the agent to find next available option for me. He just went ahead and found a very decent flight timing with a reasonable price where other agents were asking more then 5k. Overall its an amazing experience with First Fly Travel. I really recommend there service. Thank you again for saving my day!!!

My granddaughter called seeking a change to her itinerary from JFK to Johannesburg on Qatar Airlines.
Thankfully we were connected to Bunny Walter a representative with FirstFly Travel. Bunny is the best airline representative I have ever spoken with. His knowledge and patience are incomparable.
If all airline representatives were as professional as Bunny traveler's stress levels would go down a mile. Thank you Bunny for your dedication to professional service.

Total got screwed by this company. They mislead me into thinking I was calling Air France directly. They screwed up my ticket twice without any notification. I was under the impression I was purchasing a totally refundable ticket. When I called to cancel (because I was so suspicious of being scammed at this point) they told me they would reverse the charge. I asked if they would send me a cancellation email. They said they would and literally hung up on me.
Beware!!! They are a third party company acting like they are Air France. I was forced to report them to my credit card company in hopes that I will not be charged nearly $2300 for my flight I didn’t take.
Their excuse for screwing up my ticket twice was “we are all human and make mistakes”.

Had to fly from Vancouver BC to Seattle, a short flight.
Thought I was booking through Air Canada but somehow ended up with First Fly Travel. They acted as the airline. When the credit card charges came in it looked like part of the airline bill but was First Fly’s add on. $345.

Purchasing tickets for my forthcoming trip to the Philippines was a terrific experience. First Fly Travel customer care worker instantly went into full action and promptly fixed the mistake when I unintentionally misspelled the last name of my traveling companion and just clicked on the phone link. They helped me as well in persuading PAL to give us the aisle and middle seats we preferred. First Fly websites is awesome; Excellent experience, and I'll tell all my friends about your website.

All travelers beware of First Fly Travel LLC. The company is bogus and nothing but third party scammers charging excessive booking fees. I have reported their unscrupulous practices to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General in Delaware

BEWARE "Firstfly Travel LLC" which represents itself as a "consolidator" for airlines but is simply a third party agent which charges seriously inflated ticket costs (if indeed there are even actual tickets generated - see other reviews). Somehow I ended up on the phone to these guys rather than the legitimate airline helpdesk, possibly through a sponsored ad that was dressed up to look like the airline. When I saw the reference to "Firstfly Travel LLC" in the email request to authorize the payment, I realized the mistake and prevented my card from being charged. I was a click away from a VERY expensive mistake. Please, if you are reading this do NOT book tickets with this company, however desperate you may be - they will make promises that they cannot keep in a bid to charge your card.

The company is a scam!! They are not associated with whatever companies they pretend to be. My partner though she was calling SAS but I’ve been seeing many comments about them posing as a mediator for whatever company. It’s a scam. There is no doubt. Do not trust the positive reviews here, they barely even makes sense when you read them.

I have seen my team work rigorously for every little task we are assigned. I have seen myself grow professionally and personally here at Firstfly Travel.

This company is a fraud and I will report it to the Better Business Bureau when I return to the US from vacation. They got my bank information and never honored my seat purchases.

This company is a scam. They say they are a consolidator for Alaska Airlines and United Airlines but this is not true. I asked an Alaska Airlines rep and they told me to cancel the charge.

We were desperate to change our flight and weren't thinking clearly. They took advantage of that and told us we could change our flight for a low cost. It seemed legit at first because they said they couldn't do anything, but after a second time asking they said they could make it work.

Then they asked me to send a picture of my passport and my credit card. When I said I didn't want to send a pic of my passport, they said credit card would be fine. That's when I became suspicious.

I'm not sure how I ended up calling them, I must've googled the airline customer service number and called it without looking closely. Watch out for these guys.

Very professional and helped me in finding a good deal for my family

One thing I must say, the representatives at First Fly Travel are amazingly awesome, never had this experience before, thorough knowledge of travel, flight routes, hotels and really made it quick and easy for me. I have been flying from the times of PAN AMERICAN was at peek. I must say I did fly for a long time and the movie " Up in the Air" starring George Clooney really talks about my work schedule.I checked a lot of website and the prices were really high suddenly I went on trust pilot and got to know about First Fly Travel. They specialize in phone only fare, never heard before but yes worth trying as it was different, the representative I spoke was so polite and delivered what I was expecting. I must say with all these years of travel, you should try First Fly Travel, I even got a feedback form and a quality manager did call me after my travel to know " How was my Travel? Surprisingly I said it was awesome ! Coz this was the first time someone called me like this , very personalized service I must say. I really would recommend all the travellers to use their service once and you would not be disappointed.
