I'm still waiting for my 150 deposit back. Sent the form back. But still haven't received my money back. I will be escalating it.

Paid the deposit £150 ,tried to cancel was reassured it was fully refundable, emailed, sent the cancellation form and rang the unobtainable number . Still waiting to be reimbursed.

Sign outside says "glass cut while you wait" that should be removed by trading standards. Went into shop and asked lad if I could have three round pieces of glass cut and he said fine. I needed them to fit interior of bass drum for photo shoot. He took drum into shop and then bald headed old git then said he wouldn't do it, couldn't do it, didn't have right glass etc and was as awkward as possible. If you are female don't go in here as obviously only want to deal with other bald head miserable gits. Read other reviews.

Having been sold the wrong glass by another supplier, First Glass, were able to sort out the problem and provide me with a new unit with the right glass, for half the price and within 2 working days. The team at Worcester Park really went the extra mile.

Please do NOT use this company. Sales man pressured me into a contract and took deposit from me. I called back the same day to cancel contract (within my cooling off period) was told it will take 3 weeks to refund my deposit however, still haven’t received it. Can anyone help me to get my refund? Shall I take them through courts or just keep calling them?? The deposit was taken in ‘cash’ so I can’t report them to my bank. Please help I am a single mother and any advice will be appreciated. Please save yourself the headache and don’t use this company they will give you grief. I've had 2 doors fitted from these I wouldn't recommend at all. The front door falling out and having to lift it to open and shut it. You phone them and promise after promise with no return phone call. Absolute waste of time they are other issues too with the doors

This company offer a 15 year guarantee but do not honour it. I had a composite door fitted in 2019 6 months later there was a problem with it and I rang them I was told someone would ring me back within the hour. No call rang again was told the same and I am still waiting, would not recommend them

STAY AWAY FAR AWAY do not go with these guys at all bunch off fake cheap mess about had a quote for a door and porch the greedy sales man quoted £2900 then called me next day to say can do for £2500 I had told them I all ready have a agreement in place with safe style which for £2300 he said I will do it for £2200 to cancel my agreement which I did once I did they sales man phoned and said we can not do it for that price no more Tried getting me to pay higher price if you google them you will be able to tell by there web page how bogus it is set up all materials windows and doors are from third party sales man are rip off jokes go with a proper trusted company SATY FAR AWAY from 1ST GLASS UK LEEDS and also uk just Reed all the garbage reviews they have u rather spend a xtra few quid with someone decent then save a few to be left devastated on the long run

This company is a complete joke my elderly parents are still waiting for a front door from march they have rang loads a times but keep getting fobbed off the next stage now will be taking the to a claims court avoid at all costs

I used this company to put French doors in and was going to use them for more windows and doors as the 2 brothers that fitted them were brilliant and paid a deposit. I have since cancelled the contract and used another company called future renovations I phoned them for my deposit back and they told me it would take 28 days to return and 1 month later no money said same following month and gave the excuse that they didn't have my bank details to return the money . Another month passes by no money phoned again spoke to a lady called Debbie Kirkland and she apologised and said it would be refund on bags at the end of the week and yes you guessed it never happened. Spoke to her the following week and she said the same and even sent me an e-mail to confirm it but yet again never happened and 4 weeks later still different excuses and still no refund . I would give to 2 brothers a 5 star as they did a great job from start to finish but the company is so bad.

RYAN HARRIS OF SUTTON IN ASHFIELD It wont let me give him no stars !!! Well what can i write about ryan harris !!!! Absolutely shocking ! The service i have got from him was a disaster from the start - absolutely rubbish at getting back to ! I brought a 12 foot bifold off him over fb selling site it was advertised along with a french door which he asked for 1200 up front prior to fitting it to my summer house i built to accommodate the doors n sizes he gave 🙄 times many i asked to make sure they was correct - yes he said ! Well the bifold was over 8/9inches smaller then he sent pics of the bifold sold to me - so hole to big ! We made it smaller to accommodate it ! The french door he said was at the yard ..... what yard lol he said it had been thrown in the skip cos was damaged lol no one would trow a scratched french door away they would sell it as damaged cheap ! ANOTHER LIE ! It had been sold so i had a gaping hole wirh mo matching french door ! The french door was nothing like rhe picture he sold me !!!!! It was inside opening only so i can no gain access to rhe building from the outside. The locking mechanism is missing off the frame ! The locking plate - so no handle to the outside no lock - nothing ! The rubber seal is missing from the lower frame !!! He said he used the locking plate for another job 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️What to the one u sold me. He said his boss wanted 1200 up front - but who is his boss when he is advertising as the boss himself ?? Afrer months he still has not resolved any of these problems ! I have been fair and not taken matters further - still no contact to finish the job , he refused to take the door back out as it wasnt the one sold to me and not fit for purpose ! He refuses to answer my txt or calls to rectify the problem - i have now got to contact a solicitor to resolve the problem - he is a con man n full of lies I would not have this lad do anything for me again ! Total con man !

Absolutley appaling company! Had my whole house fitted with new windows and french doors at the back of the house and a bay window at the front! French doors wabble when shutting and a gap at the top of the left side, which you can see outside. The bay window, well where do I start? I have an eye sore of a stick holding it up "as support". And the beading around the windows still incomplete with some not in at all!! Was told they would return a week later to amend and complete what they hadn't, 4months later still no return! And to top it all off the workmen had an attitude, to where I heard them saying I'm not coming back! Horrendous company and DEFINATLEY would not reccomend!!!!! Myself an my partner now have to find someone else and PAY more money out to correct work what should have been correct in the first place!!! All I can say is COWBOYS!!!!

I Worked for this company, TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.... First of all I was short paid my wage 3 weeks before Christmas, missing some more money off my last wage owed. Within the short short time I worked for this shockingly run company I saw a number of things that was disgusting first off ripping the older generation off selling them things that dont get done or promising customers and not filling their word... once you accept the company's quote they will ring for the money asap you could literally pull onto the
customers drive and they will want the balance settling before anything is done another shocking way they go about things.. once all balance paid if there is any problems witch is a REGULAR occurrence with the jobs that have been fitted YOU ARE NOT PRIORITY AND WILL NOT BE BOTHERED WITH. Some jobs are shocking and it will be a waste of time and money going with this company and info given over the phone tends to be a lie, shocking company stay well away.....

Awful experience. I was sold my conservatory in November and told 6-10weeks completion. It was booked in for 12weeks later then cancelled at 5pm the working day before it was due to start due to "weather". We had three days worth of frost but they postponed the building work for ANOTHER EIGHT weeks. Totally unacceptable. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't give me back my full deposit (nearly 5k) so I had no choice but to go ahead. Impossible to talk to the managing director Jean Cushion - they won't let you speak to her in person. Very odd. 20weeks later, they finally arrived. Builder put his hands up to say it was his fault why they were delayed. So blaming the weather was a pack of lies. Customer service at installations was atrocious. Rude and had to constantly chase them to get answers. Kept sending me the wrong figures for payment - were trying to make me overpay. No apology for the huge delay nor for giving me no notice whatsoever of the delay. Builders were alright but building work for the conservatory wasn't square so the windowsill overhang now is completely different from one end to the other which looks quite ridiculous. Can't fault the window/door fitter himself. Shame that he was the only decent part of this whole diabolical experience. Would avoid this company.

This a RIP off company. They took a deposit off disabled lady with learning disabilities and phone up when it had been booked for fitting asking for more money the week it was supposed to fit door. I couldn't pay more they gave me a good quote and then say there giving me money back .what I haven't got yet .they put phone down every time I phone. Had to go to my natwest fraud department for help.this a true story and I may have mental disabilities but I'm not a fool .dont you be one 2.x

Excellent service, accurate delivery and great personal service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. The windows and doors are of excellent quality. If only all companies would be this easy to deal with.

I naively paid Ryan Harris upfront for a new front door & schedule a fitting date. He let us know last minute he wasn't coming using an excuse we now know is a lie, the next two times he just DID NOT show or respond to our calls or texts - we had arranged not to work on these days & waited in for NO reason. Since November 16 we have had 9 months of chasing him with either no or delayed reply - with a cold, uncaring response. We have only received instalments after proving we know he has been spending money leisurely even though he had explained he was going bankrupt & never had intention to fit our door as he used our money to pay HIS DEBT! This experience has caused anger, stress and grief within my family and it was only because my husband persisted and knew friends of his & how to contact his family was we finally able to receive all of our money back - so its clear to see others, especially those more vulnerable would not have such luck. He still insists issues have been resolved and 'we' could have handled things better - whose WE? and 'YOU THINK?!'. I had expressed how precious our money was being on maternity leave and having a young baby, yet he was still cold and delayed IF he responded. I would wish our experience with Ryan Harris on nobody & hope he learns some morals.

We used First Glass for double glazing, a Solidor front door and french doors from the kitchen.
We were happy from survey to completion. A fair price. Good advice from the fitter. Clear information and prompt paperwork from the office.
Professional service from a company that's clearly working hard to build themselves a good reputation.
