I’d always been a pad/tampon kind of gal. I thought: “Hey! This is wasteful and Uber expensive”. My iPhone was totally listening and the next day I got the add from First Greener about their free cup! Only pay for shipping. A real steal tbh.
Yes, getting the cup took a while but come on. They’re sending free items world wide!!! These guys are busy. Give them some time - trust me the wait is SOOOO worth it.

5 stars! 10/10. I got it and have NOT switched back to any other period containment methods lol Sometimes I’ll use the period underwear but 80% of my period I spend with my cup :)

I would recommend a switching to a cup to any bleeding person who is sick of the waste of tampons and pads !

Pros:
- save money (& the planet)
- can wear with anything
- doesn’t leak

Cons:
- terrifying for first users (I couldn’t get it out 😭)
- takes a little bit of time getting used to
- cleaning in public can be difficult

I absolutely loved this cup. At first it was tricky, but after a while I even started getting excited to have my period. With pads and tampons you have to change it every couple of hours or you'll leak, which is never the case with this cup - put it in the morning and forget about it. I forget I'm on my period while working out, swimming, anything really.
After mine fell on the toilet, I tried other cups and both of them leaked and weren't as comfortable, so I'm ordering from Firstgreener again. This cup was a game-changing experience for me and I highly recommend it. I've seen complaints here but the costumer service is the best, they answer quickly and are ready to help.

Same thing happened to me! Bought my Compfy Cup and it never arrived. Mailed them, got a response where they promised it would be shipped to me. Still nothing. I’ve mailed again and now my mails are bouncing back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! I placed an order over a month ago. Not only has it not arrived, it hasn't even SHIPPED despite being "expedited shipping". I've emailed the support email SO many times, and have been unable to get any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I got my cup with the Insta promo, had to wait about a month to get it. I've been using it for almost a year and I honestly love it. I swim and work out with the cup all the time. You have to figure out how to use it and look up Youtube videos too. I will never go back to tampons.

I'm not sure about others who didn't get their cups but I got mine after 1 month to Indonesia.
Customer service is quick respond for me as I've ask them 2 questions so far.
Product did come from China but hey also IPhone and others product have manufactured in China I guess '__')
so far I've use it almost a year and have no issue? Only the stem is too long and I cut it.

First Greener had a special deal back in October 2019 where they were giving away menstrual cups. I ordered mine as have never tried this product before. I had to pay for the international shipping cost to Australia (14.74 US which is $25 AUS).
When I placed my order it said 'insured tracking, shipping and handling'. I checked the status of my order on 4 November and it said it was being held in Sydney, so I contacted First Greener and they just came back with a generic message which didn't help at all. I then followed up again recently to advise it looks like my package has been lost so can they please send me another product. They came back to tell me that for some reason the package was sent back to them for an unknown reason and sorry for any inconvenience. But that was it, no 'we will refund you your shipping fee or anything like that'.
Really disappointed with this slack customer service. I told them they should remove their products for sale to international customers as it's obviously a lot harder to get to them than what it's worth. I'll be going to the local supermarket and just buying one there!

My goods very arrived, they assured me over and over again that it was on its way and would not issue a refund. Three months later and they tell me that it was not delivered and has now been sent back to the place it came from (overseas), that they can not issue a refund! COMPLETE SCAM!

It took awhile for me to receive my order which I expected since it was during a promotional. My issue was with the product itself. I used it three times in hope that it was just me getting used to it. It was nearly impossible to take the cup out once I had inserted it. There is no practical use for this company's cup; it has no grip or hook to help with pulling it out. Lastly, when you finally pull it out, the rim of the cup irritates the lining of the vagina when it finally comes out.

Do not let this stop you for using menstrual cups. It is a necessary change for women's health and the environment. I will do some more research and find another company that is more practical.

I have the cup here after 2-3 weeks, buuuuut considering they are obviously taking advantage of others I think I’m just going to recycle the products and wash my hands of them... I dont trust the product ingredients....
Also when I had decided I didn’t want the cup pretty much right after I ordered it they refused to give me a refund because the order had already shipped, which isn’t what their refund policy states. It states within 14 days of purchase.

Scam scam scam. Do not buy one of these menstrual cups. I tried for weeks to get a refund but they denied. The plastic is full of chemicals and is NOT medical grade silicone. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Do not put this anywhere near your vagina. You can buy these bulk off Alibaba and the packaging comes from China. The product is not FDA approved. The epitome of misleading and deceptive advertising.

Terrible company! My order never shipped and now I've been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks with no success! Total scam.

Got the free promotion cups (both sizes) with the price of shipping. I was really skeptical about this at first but after couple of months after ordering (I live in Europe) the package finally arrived. I have been really happy with it and I would never go back to use tampons. Definitely worth the money!!

Well, I was worried it was a scam, but read the comments on the insta promo, and went ahead and bought it. It came from China to Mex, and yeah, it took like 6 weeks to arrive, but it came.

BEWARE!!!! This company is a complete scam

Not only did they not deliver my product which I had to chase them for on several occasions, a very dodgy, unauthorised PayPal transaction went out of my bank after using it to buy their product. This was the first time I used PayPal in years!

I questioned the company about the package who said it didnt make its way to my address in the UK because of customs. They refused to refund me because they said I only paid for packaging. However, when I bought the product it said buy one get one free. I would never pay £27 for shipping and £0 for the product. When I went to check the order earlier today, they had changed it the order form from day one to say it was all shipping costs and that I had spent nothing on the actual product. The whole thing is a complete scam from the moment I put in my bank details.

Whatever you do.... Do not buy any products from this 'company' . And if make the mistake of buying using PayPal or any other online banking, be careful to monitor transactions thereafter!!!

I ordered my cup 4 weeks ago & paid over $22 for shipping to Aus. After emailing them to query ETA they advised that it's in queue to be processed & shipped. It shouldn't take 4 weeks to process an order & still have it in queue.
I'll be taking further action with this, so many people are being ripped off. It's outright stealing!

0/10 would not recommend, they are a total scam. Ordered a "free" cup, paid $15 for shipping. My cup has not shipped and its been about 2 weeks now. I resorted to buying one at the store. (Best option in my opinion) i wouldn't give these guys one star if i could.

Scam!!! Do not buy this product! I paid for shipping, 5 months ago, and have not received this product. They claim they sent it, and it was returned to them, so now they will not give a refund or resend!! I have not seen any evidence that they actually sent the product. Horrible customer service!!

I WISH I would have read these reviews first. This is a SCAM, so be careful. They are using the free Instagram promotion to get your shipping costs sent to them, and they never send you the product. They also seem to know that US credit card companies will not bother the merchants for costs of less than (roughly) $20 US. So, they keep the shipping costs with no real consequence since our companies are willing to give us back the cost of shipping.

I ordered my "free" menstrual cup on October 2nd. I was sent a tracking email with an order number. As of today, I have sent 3 emails and have gotten not only no updates, but also no forward momentum on their site showing the "status" of the order and no response from them. It just shows up as "ordered" and that's it. I am frustrated that their scam is working. If a product is actually sent (which I doubt it will ever be) I would return it right away. I have already sent an email asking for this order to be cancelled so I don't have to even bother with them going forward. What a waste of time, energy, and money just to try and be more environmentally conscious with a menstrual cup. They are playing on the kind hearted and young IG accounts.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
